Hi my name is John I live in North Anston.when i enquired about loft roof seal when I was told how good it was like we all do i took 50% of what i was told me but i was nicely surprised the difference it’s made.the rooms stay warmer longer and the loft is more or less draft proof, I am not putting my thermostat up and my gas usage price has come down slightly

Initial consultation with the surveyor was extremely helpful and I was happy to proceed with the installation of Logic Foam. The two gentlemen who came to carry out the work were on time despite a long drive from Kings Lynn. They worked very hard and competently. Once completed they cleared all their equipment before hoovering the house. The bags of rubbish were collected the following day. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent workman ship from beginning to end. We had a very informative gentleman who arrived first and discussed all that would be done when the loft crew arrived. Took temperatures in the loft and home, discussed finance and paved the way.
The crew were excellent. Hard working, polite and also informative. Even hoovered before they left.
All in all very pleased and would recommend.

The father and son who arrived yesterday to our home in Dunning, Scotland after over a 7 hour drive from Kings Lynn in Norfolk were very professional and we felt completely at ease and confident with the work to be carried out. We live in a very old property which has taken a battering after the recent storms so all worries we had were dealt immediately by double checking the state of the roof and double checking with the Company before they went ahead. It was not an easy job for them so I applaud them for their professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough and it was a pleasure to meet them and have them carry out the work.

All work on rafters completed on time as promised, workers polite, very tidy, were thankful loft had been cleaned out before their work began

We would like to say a big thank you to quality home solutions for the brilliant job they did in our loft with logic foam, we haven’t got the draft coming out of the loft door like we use to have , the team and workmen were most helpful explaining everything to us and the workmen cleaned up after. We are very happy with the work done.

The people that work your firm is what makes it such a good experience, from Ryan who did the initial inspection to the very hard working Neil who did the whole job on his own due to unforeseen circumstances in a little over two hours. Tanya on the telephone was also very helpful and polite

We didn't want the job done on a Thursday because we look after our youngest grandchildren on that day but Neil was brilliant with them even shaking Jack's hand when leaving ( he's three)
The job was done yesterday and the house feels warmer already.

This company fully deserves a 5-star rating. From the first contact they were professional, attentive and took note of our requirements. The installation team did the job without fuss, cleared up well and left things neat and tidy. We noticed the difference in temperature in the house immediately.

I found from the first contact by your telephone representative that he was very polite and explained things really well . Also your surveyor who had a wealth of information and experience to explain the whole procedure and the product.
We also found the workmen that did the work very polite and helpful in providing there services. They managed to leave the job the way they found our property, very clean workers an asset to your company.

Straight forward, answered all my questions, I didn't feel pressured at any time which was brilliant. The rep was good, the couple who sprayed the attic were fantastic, I explained from the begging I would be out, they really went overboard, I didn't look as if anyone had been in the house when I returned, no mess whatsoever, many thanks. As for the insulation so far so good, my thermostat is set lower and I'm warm as toast. Brilliant firm, will recommend.

The roof insulation fitters arived just after 8am - I had been expecting them between 9 and 10am - this is a compliment, not a criticism! They were friendly and cheerful despite the very cold weather and were completely focused on doing the work, accepting only a couple of teas. I apologised about the state of the loft - 40 years of accumulated, and in some cases semi-forgotten, domestic debris - but they assured me they had experienced much worse! I left them to it, expecting the job to take at least 5 hours. They were finished in about 3 and a half hours, showing me photographs of the completed work which frankly astonished me as the rear of the roof is very awkward to access. They immediately set off for their next job in Southhampton - a drive time of about 2 and a half hours. No fuss, no bother and I'm now looking forward to working in my loft to improve the storage capacity when the weather is a bit warmer!

Everybody with whom I dealt with were all polite and knowledgeable, and more than happy to answer any questions I had.
The surveyor was easy to deal with and the men who did the installation were quick, tidy and efficient.
I am now looking forward to reap the benefits.

Had the most extraordinary conversation with Michael Lewis from this company. He was persistent, argumentative and rude. I am amazed that he manages to get customers to agree for a surveyor to come round. He even, at one point, told me that solar panels, which I have, are a rip off and old hat. How can that be if I am saving over £1000 on my energy bills every year. What a weird perspective on the world he has. Anyway, I would be very careful agreeing to a consultation because I think they are the type of company that do not easily take no for an answer.

The two guys, who installed the spray-foam yesterday morning were excellent. They arrived on time and the job took in all less than three hours. They were very polite, friendly and professional and went out of their way to explain what they were doing as they went along. They cleaned and hoovered thoroughly after the installation, leaving everywhere spotless. I couldn't fault them and would happily recommend them.

We were told that the insulation would make a difference, but not to the extent that it has!! We have not put the heating on half as much as we would have done! The house stays warmer for longer. The bit of moisture and mould that we had in the bedroom has almost disappeared and the loft has lost its damp smell. I can honestly say that it was one of the best investments I’ve made! It’ll easily pay for itself. I cannot recommend it enough.

I received an unsolicited call offering a free survey of my loft insulation. The caller said it was part of a government-backed scheme and said that there could be government funding available if improved insulation was required. I agreed to the survey thinking this would be carried out by an independent surveyor. The man that called to carry out the survey, who seemed a pleasant man, apparently was not independent as I had assumed but working on behalf of Quality Home Solutions. He gave us a ‘heavy’ sales pitch on behalf of the company before going up into the loft with his measuring instruments. When he came back down he continued the sales pitch and said our insulation was not up to standard mentioning things like ‘evidence of formaldehyde’ and ‘possible damp’ and that although our house energy rating was ‘D’ we may struggle to sell the house if we didn’t invest in his company’s improved insulation - scare tactics if ever I heard it. In addition he claimed the improved insulation that he was offering could save up to 50% on my energy costs - hmm, stretching the truth I think.
Anyway, the upshot of all this was a price of £3,100 for the work only IF I gave him the go ahead that day but if I waited to make the decision then it would be £7,000! If that isn’t high-pressure selling at its worst then I don’t know what is.
You probably guessed I didn’t go ahead with it but what concerns me most is that I’m sure there are vulnerable people out there that could easily fall for this company’s questionable sales techniques.
I wouldn’t recommend Quality Home Solutions.
