The process of installment means the removal of some very unpleasant material and this was performed well.

Came in explained to us, took a look in our attic then got on with the job. It was really very well done. Would recommend you to other people.

The company did a thorough job of explaining the materials and procedure they would follow. The installation engineers worked in what I would consider to be a careful and considerate manner. I was very happy with the job.

They were nice chaps, very pleased with the coffee I made and then went on to do a sterling job , and they cleared up after themselves. Whst more can I say!

It's too early to say how good the product is but the installation was very good they worked hard and didn't damage any thing. They made a good job cleaning up afterwards. I'm shore the product will be better than the old loft insulation.

The good news, the product appears to be quick satisfactory although it is a bit early to say. The bad news was the poor service. Installation time was supposed to be 2pm on 29/9/22. At 4pm I called and was told the team would be there in 20 minutes. No-one had bothered to let me know, perhaps it was too much trouble. Finally at 5.50 pm the van turned up. With the benefit of hindsight I should have told them to come back another time, but not wishing to upset their schedule for the following day, we agreed for them to start. About 8.45pm they finished and left, the following morning I had to sweep the drive which was covered in white bits. I had no reason to inspect the loft at the time as we were off imminently on holiday. On our return I inspected the loft and was decidedly
not impressed by the way it had been left. Most of our possessions were piled up in a heap round the water tank and left there, no attempt was made to return anything to it's original place, sweep up or tidy up at all. A very poor effort

The installation work undertaken by Quality Home Solutions was completed on the date agreed and to a high standard. The workmen were well trained in the use of the equipment and took every care to protect the rest of the house during installation. On completion the clear up was careful and thorough. We have no criticisms of the installation process.

We have just had our main loft and a smaller loft spaces insulated with Logicfoam by Quality Home Solutions. We have been most impressed by the service we have received, both at their offices and by the job itself. The three men who came to do the job were excellent. They arrived punctually, worked tirelessly, were extremely polite, were sensitive and considerate towards our needs and our home. They did a superb job and clearly took a pride in their work. They made absolutely sure that they cleaned up everywhere once the job was finished. They would not leave until we had checked that their work had been carried out to our complete satisfaction and that they had given us ample time to have any questions fully answered. Throughout the whole job, their customer relations skills were excellent. It is only 24 hours since the work was completed and we are already feeling the benefits of their hard work. We can recommend Quality Home Solutions without a single reservation.

From the moment the salesman our left our home the insulation on our roof was completed in 48hours, and what a brilliant 2 man team was sent to us, we would like to say what a great asset to the company Darius and Sam are, working with speed , cleaning up at the end job ,and what well mannered and polite young men ! A credit to themselves, their parents and the company.

It was a positive experience from the start till the end.The surveyor Peter Bunting,explained the procedure very carefully and in a language you could understand.He is certainly an great asset to the company.The two guys who carried out the work,Thomas and Roberto also were brilliant and never stopped working until the job was completed.The house was left in a very clean condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The team who carried out my roof insulation were Nottingham based. They arrived on time, the leader explained what they'd be doing, and they just got on with it, beginning with putting in place a lot of protective sheets. They were very polite and courteous and friendly, did not interrupt my work, unless they needed to check something (only once or twice), and it seemed to be a slick and professional process. It was over quicker than I had been expecting. They checked I was happy with the job before packing up, then did a great job cleaning up, to ensure they left no mess or debris.

Arrived on the hottest day Monday 11th July brilliant pair of lads and cleaned up afterwards polite curious and well mannered did a fantastic job they came from Nottingham to wakefield don't know there names

Lovely surveyor came round called Steve Muir. He gave us loads of information and was not pushy at all. Would recommend them highly if you want to ascertain wether your insulation in loft is doing its job properly or not. As it happens ours was ok but good to know - other companies would probably of tried to persuade us to buy even if we didn’t need it. This gives me faith in the company and I hope they do well.
