Qualtry Avis 

Very poor service. Ordered two months ago and still waiting. Contacted customer service and they said my address was incorrect which it wasn’t. Gave address two more times and still waiting. They are not well organized or reliable- get it together Qualtry!! Not recommending them.

I placed my order well in advance of the holiday rush (October 21 to be exact) fast forward to today, I have not gotten any of the items I'd ordered and PAID FOR BTW!!!!
Getting any type of response from this company is akin to raising the dead. IMPOSSIBLE AND AINT GOING TO HAPPEN!
It was only when I sent them a scathing email did they bother to respond with a form email stating that "all items that I had ordered are out of stock and will not be back in stock before the holiday season." WHAT?!?!?!? I ordered these things to give as gifts months ago and you were not going to ship my items nor inform me of any of this?

I now have to contact my credit card company and fight the months old charge and I will be contacting our State Attorney General and placing a complaint against this company.

I informed Qualtry that I was going to do the following:
*contact my CC company and get my money back
*contact the AG of our state and file a complaint against them
*contact the BBB and file a complaint against them
*place negative reviews against them on EVERY site that I could find
In response they sent me a form email stating that all of my items were out of stock and would never be shipped (again this after trying to contact them for 45+ weeks with NO response from Qualtry).
DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT!

2 days ago, I had an awful experience with Qualrty.com after an order I placed would not accept my groupon code. I tried to cancel the order by email the company, calling them.numerous times and waiting for hours for the online assistant. Noone from the company would contact. I finally got really PO'd and at 2:30am today, Inplace a complaint through the BBB. i wanted my order canceled. There was absolutely no contact from Qualtry.com until the BBB got involved. My order is to be canceled but I'll be watching my bank account to make sure these shady folks don't try to take my $.

One star is too much! Got a Groupon Deal for $6 gloves. Of course they can't find anything but it shows on my bank account. No way to contact except an AgentBot! Loop after loop of who to contact but no results. Major Ripoff record! Yuk Company!

I have ordered 5 Christmas bags from them in October. We are 2 weeks away from Christmas and nothing. I contacted them multiple times and they always gave me a runaround. Oh, ye and I paid $25 for shipping. The telephone doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. Now I have to go through the hassle of reporting the fraud to my bank and etc.

I ordered a groupon for 3 santa bags. When i went onto Qualtry website to order i was absolutely SHOCKED to see my "standard shipping" rate was going to be $46.00!! For 6 light weight cotton bags? I just dont get it. I contacted Qualtry and was rudely told that I was already receiving a discount by purchasing on Groupon and that they did not offer discounts on shipping. $46.00 to mail something that cannot weigh more than 5lbs? Im outraged right now. I will never order from them. Crooks.

I have called several times to speak to customer service regarding an order. I have left several messages. I am so disappointed that I haven’t received a response or help in correcting an order. I will never order from this company again.

I purchased 6 personalized monogrammed knit gloves vouchers on Groupon paid $54, then went on to the Qualtry and used the vouchers and I ended up spending another $60. They charged me another $3.33 for each glove, then $39 in shipping!!!! How outrageous is this? Do not fall for it, you are NOT getting a deal!!! If I wanted to pay $20 for gloves I would have just gone to Qualtry without the ‘deal’ Groupon offered. Also, that shipping is so crazy!! I tried to get in touch with the chat online for Qualtry and numerous times, it said ‘all agents are offline’. I will never purchase from these websites again. EVER!!

Poor customer service. I order a personalized cutting board which was damaged during shipping. I finally was able to get a response from customer service and they shipped me a replacement. The replacement arrived and it was incorrect. I have sent numerous emails (with pictures) and left messages on their voicemail and I haven't heard back from the company. This has been going on for over a month! Very disappointing and I highly recommend using a different company.

I ordered 2 sheds nov 4th it was a hot deal well it's been a month no response from them I've sent emails tried calling no response they advertised on face book iam angry took my money immediately grrr I think they are a fraud company going to file on them as such fraud

I ordered 3 personalized mugs from this website and when I opened them, the writing was completely off-centered, misaligned and slanted significantly. It just seems cheap and as if they did not take pride in their work - especially since it's not that difficult to center and straighten someone's name!

Buyer Beware! The cost of shipping was as much as the product itself. No response from customer service. I'm not sure about the product quality but ordered a Groupon, purchased items and product cost was $23 and Shipping was $22. What a joke!

I received an order that was wrong and shipped incorrectly from Qualtry. I tried to get in touch with them for over a week. I left messages for them to call me back and the never did. FINALLY after over a 1/2 dozen messages I got someone on the phone who refused to correct my problem or help. He had no customer service skills and right out said, this is not our problem. He didn’t even try to correct the problem. I spent over 180.00 will not be using them again. They have no customer service.
Once you pay for your items it’s a done deal. So very dissatisfied

I loved the Qualtry items I purchased, but still had a Groupon that I was never able to use because my redemption code would not work. The expiration date passed and I was never able to get any response from my requests to be contacted from a Qualtry representative, much to my disappointment! It would be helpful to have a phone number to contact the company!!

This company is terrible. I had an experience last year and they sent the wrong thing. Thought I’d give them another try. Again they sent the wrong color. I contacted them and you have to prove they are wrong with pictures of item and receipt, as if they don’t have a copy of your order. Then I was told they are out of the color I ordered.

I ordered a pillow for mothers day last week with mine and my siblings name on it and it arrived today! Super impressed, I love it!

Recieved damaged item, I dud as instructed sent pictures of damage and never received a replacement

Printing was very light. Items were not magnetic when received. Contacted merchant but not reply. Will probably not order from them again if this issue is not resolved.

They only communicate via email and it is an extremely slow process.
I have had a problem each time I have purchased Groupons for this site.

Ordered 3 personalized gifts for our daughters....not only were they shipped promptly...they are beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased all around!!!
Highly recommend and I will buy again!!
