I love the engraved
I love the engraved, wood bottle opener. This product makes a great closing gift for my real estate male clients. I also like the great customer service, I had a question placing the order and I don't remember the ladies name who help me but she did an awesome job guiding me through the ordering process. It was hard to get my order completed through Groupon. Finally got in touch with Qualtry. The help # is wrong on website {or was}. Also the staining of the cutting boards is uneven.

Customer service
Great customer service. Not Qualtry fault it didn’t get delivered. That’s on DHL. They are sending another one.As soon as I let them know I had not yet received my order they redid it and sent the shipping/tracking information again. Here’s hoping DHL gets it to me
