Qualtry Avis 

I placed this order for 2 items as a gift, with a note written, to be part of the order. The receipt only got ONE item and without the note, even though I was assured that the note would be with the item.
Due to this, the gift recipient never knew from whom it was and upon me checking with her I found out that she only received partial order. I called the customer service rep, and she was not friendly with an attitude not apologizing just we will ship this out and you will get it in 6 to 10 business days.

On there ordering system, I wrote leave blank on a line. A human doesn’t look at it. They won’t refund or make it right. I wouldn’t order from them again. Customer service lacks.

Product was fine but had a groupon on deal and it was not applied

I ordered a personalized cutting board as a Xmas gift with plenty of time ahead. It arrived the week of Xmas very poorly done - you could barely read the inscription. I reached out to customer service numerous times with no response, so I had no gift for my neighbors. The company finally responded several days after Xmas and said they would send a new board. Received it about 2 wks later, but looking not much better than the first. I’ve used Qualtry a couple of times before with no problem, but this time I was very dissatisfied.

This is my second purchase at Qualtry via Groupon. Their products are very well made to your specifications and are durable through years of travel. The luggage tags I ordered arrived quickly. I had a little glitch with their website not registering my Groupon as a promo code but emailed Qualtry and the issue was very quickly resolved. It didn’t delay my order at all. Very pleased!

The pieces were high quality, much better than I expected! Can’t beat the price…very nice gifts!

Everything I ordered was for Christmas presents everyone really liked each item.

Placing an order was easy enough. I like the preview feature this way i get to see what my item would potentially look like. The only issue I had was the tracking info sent over was not valid. I was unable to track item movement. I had to reach out to my recipient to let them knw to expect a package. Ruined the surprise.

You charged me twice for one order. That is completely unacceptable.

Love the items I purchased. Fast delivery on one, and barely made it here before Christmas.

I ordered several pillowcases for my grandchildren and they were so cute and ultra soft. The prints with their names look awesome. Nice quality material too. I'm always happy with my purchase from here.

Placed an order on Dec 7th with no shipping updates. After a week I received a response that the items were created and awaiting shipping but they were short handed to package and deliver to be shipped. A week later and still nothing. Email response was rude and condescending. They were still advertising receive in time for Christmas at the time of the email. Completely ruining a special timely gift for Christmas and leaving me in a lurch.

I placed an order almost a month ago
They charged my card immediately
However my order still remain unfulfilled with no explanation
I can not reach anyone there
Guess I’m contact the better business bureau.

I ordered what I thought was a 6 or 7 pack of luggage tags. The cost online was 17.99.
I received 1 tag, and I'm told that is the cost of 1 tag, and these were never sold as a set. Which, is untrue because I ordered a set for myself a few years ago.

Easy to order and quick shipping but i think the quality of the ornaments is poor. feels very unfinished, rough not glass.
