My experience with Sarah was one of a kind. Even if you’re a non-believer, this can absolutely help in being the difference-maker you might have never thought possible. Though I’m not a skeptic, I still had hesitancy going into the process, as I didn’t know what to expect.

In my personal case, I was the victim of a serious car crash five years ago. Having endured a traumatic brain injury, the symptoms resulting from that incident had continued over all that time, manifesting in the form of full-body jolts and sensations akin to electrical shocks in my head. After years of hopelessly unsuccessful conventional treatments, drugs, and therapies—all part of the usual protocols of the system—which were largely directionless, I released my resistance in seeking out the alternative remedies. Via a friend’s suggestion, that search led me to Sarah.

After five years of lethargic discomfort on my best days and excruciating pain on my worst, in just one mere month following my session with Sarah I have seen such a difference with my mind and body. Both physically and mentally. Though I’m not yet fully healed, I am no longer a walking human jack hammer and I feel I am becoming a little stronger every day. If you’re someone without hope, she can provide reason for it. Beyond the symptoms related just to that automobile episode, she even relieved other ailing parts of my body after that one session.

I never felt more connected in a spiritual sense, which sounds so strange for me to admit, since I had not made such a connection so closely prior to this. I can’t do it justice, as there’s no way to properly put it into words here. After years of being dismissed and misdiagnosed, I finally feel things will be fully healed one day whereas before I never knew when that day could be but I can say that Sarah above all else will make you feel more hopeful and give better answers than any professional you would ever meet. She is sincere, caring, and I feel like she’s an angel in disguise - a really awesome person to know and help you guide your way to a better life.

I did this amazing 'Quantum Hypno' course or 'Treatment day last Tuesday and I have several pages of notes speaking well of the experience that I wanted to weave into a good review that expressed my opinion well , and the skill and brilliance with which it was conducted, in my case by Sarah Smith, and how my normal way interacting with people has changed for the better. Transformation of a man is a fitting title for this experience
I have been a lot kinder to people without any effort including at the bank where they responded very well to my complaint and actually helped me a great deal with my on-line purchasing which had me keep my membership with them instead of moving my money over to Lloyds. I wish I'd found this HQ thing a long time ago. There is so much more to say but this review is already too long. So I'll stop here.

I was really nervous to give this a go as I didn’t know what to expect, but Sarah was brilliant with me and as soon as we had started I felt relaxed. For most the session I was thinking this isn’t working on me because I didn’t feel under and every answer I gave I felt I was just making up, until we got to the end and Sarah told me something mind blowing about my session which proved to me I wasn’t. After the session I should have been exhausted as I had been up at 4:30 am, driving a long way through busy traffic, soaked from rain, not eaten all day but instead I felt so light as if a big weight had been lifted. I would recommend it to anyone.

I felt supported and special. Sarah is very down to earth and easy to talk to. It was an eye opening experience. I was well attended to. Time was no object and I never felt rushed at all.

Sarah is an outstanding hypnotherapist.
She guided me to a place where I could gain insight of a higher order than is normally available to us.

I was always unsure about 'any type' of hypnosis, but Sarah's ability to act as a channel for 'you' to place 'yourself' in a state of awareness, was both uplifting and felt naturally timeless. The insights I gained about myself were clearly coming from a 'higher vibrational source'. She is an exceptional facilitator and spiritual guide for such an amazing process. I gained a deeper insight and knowledge about myself, my work and where I want to go next in life.

I was both excited and a little nervous when I arrived for my session but Sarah put me at ease quickly.
We had a talk first to discuss the issues I had and soon developed a rapport.
The hypnotherapy part uncovered a lot of useful and important information which helped me realise my mission on this planet , ways to deal with problems and much more.
I have a recording to work with and have been helped greatly.
The future is much clearer now. Highly recommended.

I had my QHHT healing session with Sarah on 17th July 2023. What can I say but "wow"!
Sarah is a very warm and easy to talk to person. Also very down to earth. I felt at ease right from the start. I'd had hypnotherapy before but this far exceeded that experience. We chatted for a while about anything and everything, whatever came to mind. The process was explained to me in detail and the necessary paperwork completed.
As suggested I'd come to the session with some questions I wanted answered or issues I'd hoped to resolve. I laid in the bed for the actual healing session - fully clothed. At the end of the session Sarah asked how long I thought the session had been. I replied "about an hour or so"? She replied "2 and a half hours"! I was blown away. Lots of very interesting stuff came up during my session and I definitely got some much needed answers. When I was brought out of the hypnotic state I felt as though my whole body felt really light. I felt completely fine, very relaxed and content.
That night I slept for 12hrs! Woke feeling refreshed which is something I've not had for many moons!
I would absolutely - and have already - recommend Sarah and her QHHT healing. Mind blowing stuff!

I had an enlightening session with Sarah, where connections were made in my psyche to help me understand some of the reasons why things had happened in my life and the deeper aspects of why relationships played out the way they did. It brought greater clarity. Also there is a deep stillness within me and it feels as if I am a witness to what is and what has been, this is a very healing inner space to reside.
