Wow what a fantastic service from rob at lawtons autos ltd .. very professional service and great polite manner .. i had a few questions regarding remapping and rob answered them all with great knowledge and backed up by his expertise and experience using quantum tuning products.. he was here for over 2hrs and and did not rush anything which i appreciated and when i took my car for a test drive the difference was night and day compared to before the remapp .. absolutly amazing !!... thanks rob ..fantastic job ..regards..gene

Well recommend James at Crackley Garage Kenilworth, went there for a recent remap for my Citroen C6 can't believe how much more my car is responsive no more flat spots just smooth delivery , so much better at roundabouts and junctions be able to get out quickly thanks again

I got my vehicle remapped, £299.
The next day, I had Issues, the fitter didnt want to know. I contactedQuantum and spoke to Tim, he put me in touch with Kevin and Patrick, what was going to cost me £1100 at the dealer for a new ecu, Patrick sorted it in less than an hour. I have wrote a previous review, which I understand reflected badly upon Quantum, when it was wrote about the fitter. I apologise for this as these lads have shown me nothing but courtesy and professionalism, my car is now sorted, thanks to these guys. 100% recommend these guys and their products. Thanks again lads, top job.

I used Remap2Race one of Quantum tuning mobile dealers in the Southwest to remap my fleet of Iveco vans. The vehicles now perform brilliantly and I am saving 11% on fuel.

Very disappointed with these guys, I emailed a specific question about tuning my Mercedes and explained some of my concerns and what I was looking for.

My car is already using a Brabus D6 tuning kit which would be removed in place of their remap. I asked specific questions and received a generic answer that just contained sales and marketing garbage that’s all over the internet.

I replied to this explaining my queries had not been addressed and could someone technical contact me to discuss what I am looking for.

At that point all communication stopped and I never heard anything else.

It seems they either cannot back up their claims or are simply not interested In anything but an easy sale.

You but the person rather than anything else, they have done nothing to inspire any confidence in what they provide.

Extremely upset with the service, Ive used Quantum before and never had a problem, I contacted Hybrid Tuning after many attempts of phoning I finally got a reply via text message.??
Still I decided to booked in for the 22nd yesterday thought the price was reasonable to remap my Jaguar, upon a time that was agreed I waited in for almost 2 hours but Hybrid Tuning was a no-show after many attempts of getting in contact again I get a text message telling me he wasn’t going to be able to come, we then rearranged for today the 23rd at 09:00 again a no show wouldn’t return my calls, then I get a text at 11:45 stating sorry just left Weston I’m on the way I’ll be with you in 40 minuets 😡 yet he still didn’t turn up and now not returning my calls or text disgraceful dealer service!
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but he waisted hours of my weekend thanks!

i went to my garage in Kent about my 58 plate Jaguar XF I had problems with my DPF and he said he would give me the number of AUTO KING TECHNOLOGY BROMLEY;which I gave who I now believe is the owner Erol he asked me to pop up to Bromley to see him hi explained everything in detail about my car including a full price I would be charged at Jaguars of Maidstone he asked me to leave my car with him and he said he would repair the damage to the DPF system and a day later he phoned me up with the great news that the job had been a great success and to come and pick my car up on turning up he gave me my keys to my car and we went out on a test drive ;I could not believe how the car handled the performance what miles better than it first went in the fuel consumption was a lot better its now 2 weeks old and it still amazes me how the car runs I maid one of the best phone calls in my life and meeting Erol has put my faith in people who have worked very hard in their life to look after other peoples cars what a gentlemen I would have no problems recommending Erol to anyone he has learned his trade very well and it shows with his persona

Car certainly much more responsive, as for value for money not so sure, car in workshop for an hour cost £300 that is really to much to pay, must put a lot of people of.

Martin from AVO tuning performed the remapping on my motorhome and the difference especially when towing my trailer on long drags is very noticeable, as Martin said it would be. Top job Martin thanks!

I have had the stage one tune carried out on my c270 merc diesel. The power increase is a little better, but no improvement on the mpg..despite going steady. Currently not overly impressed..will try for two more weeks..if no improvement i will ask for the mod to be removed under the 30 day warranty..time will tell if its worth spending £249 on relatively little change...maybe a little harsh but explaining as per my experience. Garage was fine...no issues.

Performance notably improved, customer service excellent.
