Dr. Magale is amazing! He’s caring, kind, he listens to my concerns and has been so supportive through this time in my life. I’ve been using QuickMD 15 months and I would highly recommend this platform to people struggling with opiate or kratom addiction. I struggled with opiates many years then kratom only for many more. I am now weaning down on my medication and feel confident in where I’m going.

I love QuickMD!! Dr. Flatley is wonderful - I've been in recovery since 2023, in-patient and out-patient in California, and when I moved back home to Kansas I was having difficulty finding a doctor that could prescribe buprenorphine. I found QuickMD through a Google search and I can honestly say Dr. Flatley is, by far, the absolute best provider I have ever had. He talks with you, encourages you, and LISTENS to you.
I have zero complaints with QuickMD and I have been a patient since July 2025 with monthly visits. Any time I have questions or concerns, I message through the app and receive my answer via email usually within a couple hours. If it's something my doctor has to address, Dr. Flatley personally calls me within a few hours.
I can't recommend this app enough to anyone in recovery.

Dr. Is very supportive and caring. Just doesn’t ask how meds are going but also if I’m ok mentally and physically. Really shows she cares and that’s not often doctors act that way they are usually in a hurry to get to the next person. I highly recommend Dr. Elizabeth she goes above and beyond for her patients

Dr.Marie Lightbourne "md" sent my prescription to home order instead of my pharmacy so instead of being able to go get my prescription I've had to wait for 2 days to get her to send it to the pharmacy which has landed me in the emergency room and put me out of work for a week! This was after she asked me what pharmacy I wanted it sent to and I verified twice that I wanted it sent to the same pharmacy I've always had my meds sent to through quick md,this was done on purpose and I will be seeking an attorney to be compensated for lost wages,medical bills and the money I gave her trusting that I would quickly get my much needed medication,please find a real doctor or a different online doctor to get your prescriptions because this site gas been a joke since the beginning,as if it wasn't hard enough to find a pharmacy that would fill quick md prescriptions,please be careful now that you've been made aware!

I paid 99.00 to have a prescription refilled. But the doctor that I saw was not licensed to prescribe in Colorado so the pharmacy refused to fill it so I had to have them resend it in and they sent it to another pharmacy by another unlicensed prescriber and then refused to call the pharmacy for me to get it taken care of for 3 days quick MD just kept telling me how they would make sure that they called the pharmacy themselves and they would take care of it and finally after 3 days I blew up and got a refund and never once did they contact the pharmacy for me and never once did they try to fix the situation and I went without medication that I need for 6 days due to their negligence and on top of that I had to wait 7 days to get my refund back and I'm on a fixed income so I needed that refund to see another provider and I couldn't even do that

The service was fine for the first three months. Then they suddenly jacked up the price 31%. They just seem to want to get you used to getting the care you need, then they start the bleed because they think they've got you trapped.

Update: Not sure why they are claiming they did not increase prices for me. They increased the price of the medication from $49 to $69 a month and the cost of the consultations from $79 to $99 a month, and they even charged me the $99 during a "refill" month when all they had to do was click a button to initiate the refill.
