Driver turned up late, did not help load the van and instead was on his phone, unloaded three pieces of furniture and then decided to return home as he was "tired" and "it was getting late" (4pm)
Customer support refused to give a fair refund (Offered £60, despite £150 of services being rendered incomplete out of £270's worth). The driver even sent me a text after the service to ask me to retract my complaint.
What a joke of a company.

Absolutely terrible experience.
The van was scheduled to arrive at 4:00 PM for our house move. Two days before the booking, I received an email saying the original driver was having technical difficulties and that a replacement driver had been assigned. I accepted that and expected the move to go ahead as planned.
What I later discovered is that the replacement driver had apparently cancelled at 10:30 AM on the day of the move. The shocking part is that nobody informed me.
At around 3:30 PM, my wife and I started carrying all our boxes and luggage down from the 4th floor to the ground floor in preparation for the van's arrival. We spent considerable time and effort doing this, only for 4:00 PM to arrive with no driver in sight.
I called the driver directly and was told he would not be coming. I then contacted customer service and was told they would postpone the booking until 5:30 PM while they searched for another driver. I was told with more than 20 drivers available, they should be able to find someone.
We waited for hours with all our belongings packed and ready to go. gave up when at 5:30 there was still no driver. Only at 7:30 PM, customer service finally called back to tell us they had been unable to find another driver and that no service would be provided that day.
As a result, both my wife and I wasted a day off work, spent hours moving heavy boxes and luggage down four floors, and were left stranded with no solution. The lack of communication throughout this entire process was unacceptable. Had we been informed when the driver cancelled in the morning, we could have made alternative arrangements.
Instead, we were left waiting all day for a service that was never delivered.
A moving company's most basic responsibility is to show up when booked. In this case, they failed completely.
Unreliable, disorganised, poor communication, and a complete waste of our time. I would not trust

The service was not acceptable. The original driver failed to arrive, ignored my phone calls, and did not respond to my messages, leaving me alone outside with all of my belongings and no information about what was happening.
To make matters worse, the emergency line was only an automated message, which completely defeats the purpose of having an emergency contact number. After some time, I finally received a call informing me that the driver had encountered an issue and that a replacement driver could arrive in approximately one hour.
During this time, I was left outside in the heat, supervising my belongings and dealing with unnecessary stress and disruption caused by the lack of communication and service. The replacement driver was excellent, very helpful, and supported me throughout the move, so I have no complaints about him personally.
However, when I contacted Quick Man and Van to ask whether any compensation, goodwill gesture, or discount code could be offered in light of the delays and poor communication, I was informed that under their terms and conditions, if you accept a later replacement driver, they will not provide any compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I wanted to mention this so that future customers are aware of the standard of service and compensation policy they can expect in situations like this.
I paid for the medium van with help of the driver and one floor although its only 3 steps to the front door seen that I live on the groundfloor .I did most of the work, he only came up those small 3 steps twice to move the only 2 pieces of furniture( 2 chests of drawers), the rest of my things were placed on the floor outside halfway to the door for me to pick up,ans take inside, bear in mind this was a full flat move. While carrying the furniture he didn’t use the trolley although it was big and heavy and broke it. Then placed it towards the wall so I wouldn’t see that he broke my drawers. Sent multiple messages to customer service and they did not reply to none. After this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy for both lack of care to my belongings and bad customer service.

I was guided by the reviews I read online before choosing this company including reviews for the driver. They were 100% accurate. Egerton and his helper could not have been more punctual, respectful and hardworking despite the blazing temperatures. Highly recommend.
I made a last minute booking to hire a small van with a driver. The company dealt with the booking straight away and efficiently and I was assigned a driver, Oleksandr Vasyliev, who turned up on time and the move was completed without any problems. Highly recommend.
Cannot recommend Quick Man and Van enough! This is the second time we have used their services for moving house, and won't be the last. Their platform is super straightforward to use, with lots of information to help you understand exactly what you are needing (very handy for those of us who are unsure), and then lots of options for you to choose from with services (all top notch!) and payment - an absolute dream. Not only was booking a breeze, but our original driver had to cancel the night before our big move and, before we even had a second to panic, Quick Man and Van had already found us another driver! Truly brilliant. Thank you!!!

Khalid arrived on time with a good van (it had straps and blankets). He was friendly and helpful when loading stuff into the van. Safe driver and got us to destination without a hitch.
Booking process was super easy, weirdly some of the larger vans were cheaper than the small ones, so check this out! I booked on Friday afternoon for Sunday morning and it was fine.
