The lady was so nice so understanding all capital letters and she was very patient with me and she was truthful and letting me know that they messed up on day and they were supposed to call all their customers when they was closed, but they fell not to, and she let me know all that respect respectfully and very patient and good all capital letter. She was the best.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. This was the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are an absolute joke. They NEVER return calls, I have tried so many times to reach their "escalations" department and I have yet to speak with someone. They have no accountability what so ever, they messed up my entire account and failed to provide crucial information numerous amounts of times and that led to a higher bill for me to pay. I waited 2 weeks, calling DAILY for a resolution before I had my rescheduled uninstall appointment and never heard from anyone.
This wasn't even the only issue Ive had. They have sent me to locations that aren't even associated with them anymore and I wasn't called back for that either. I ended up being locked out due to their scheduling mistakes. Then I never received a SCHEDULED call for a lock out code to make it to the rescheduled appointment AGAIN.

I was able to get the information needed to install my IID and at reasonable rate. The customer service representative was knowledgeable and very informative and I got all the necessary information to get back on the road.
