Scam! They’ve been taking money for my 15 year olds sons account without permission. Can’t get a refund, can’t stop the transaction, I’ve reported to my bank

I, like the other people on here, paid the 0.01p and then was charged £11.99. Quick-tutor emailed me to tell me that my subscription was set up and that they would take the £11.99 monthly. I clicked to unsubscribe, which they acknowledged, but after reading the comments on here I felt uncomfortable so I emailed them and voiced my concerns. My email was acknowledged and then they replied and explained that I had indeed signed up for it - it’s in the small print guys, the stuff we don’t read! After I had sent a few emails, which they always answered with pure professionalism, I have today been notified by my bank that I have received a full refund. Thank you quick-tutor.

Dirty scammers and nothing else. You don’t sign up. You don’t get an email they just charge you. Luckily my bank declined the payment. Ruined my card though

Stay clear of this company. Big scam. Takes money from your account without authorisation. Had to cancel my account at bank. Report to police as fraudulent.

We haven’t signed up. This is a complete scam as never used this company. Couldn’t cancel. Lost £45. Had to cancel card. No idea how they have managed to connect with no subscription set up

This company have something on their site that creates a debit on credit card without authorisation. Their contact email bounces.

I was trying to view a coastal storm using a webcam. Some places do charge so I didnt think anything of it when they asked for a penny. Couple days later and they've tried taking £22.50 out !!
There was absolutely zero info to this happening. Scamming cretins !

Tried to download the lyrics to a song at an advertised cost of 0.01 on web, next thing I know £22.50 deducted from my bank card. I did not sign anything to agree to a regular subscription. I can see from other comments that this could now become a monthly charge, which I have not signed up for.

Scam paid 1p to see a recipe. Then find this company have taken £22 out of my bank . I never signed anything on this site . Never heard of them . Had an email too about support . I’m 75 why would I want this . 🤬

If I could give 0 starts I would this company has taking 22.50 out of my bank it’s definitely a scam do not sign up to this I haven’t given my bank details!!! BE AWARE

I tried to download a ringtone online, I didn't get the ringtone but somehow I was charged 1p by QuickTutor although I didn't give any bank details. I have changed all my bank details as it appears that I could be charged monthly for some subscription to QuickTutor.

Scam: inserted a nominal fee request (0.01p) to download a legitimate pdf from a research site which then tells you that’s a 1-day subscription after which you’ll be charged £22.50 a month! Says you can cancel from ‘welcome email’ but you cannot. I froze my bank account immediately and spoke to fraud team.

Scam…. Can’t cancel …, they try to charge me every two weeks. I follow the instructions and it can’t be canceled 😡

Scam, I clicked to pay 0.01p for an article and realised I had been signed up for £22 per month. Despite me emailing them straight away to cancel I have been charged for the last 3 months

I don’t know how they got my details but I definitely haven’t signed up to anything with or through them. Not gave I given them my bank details. Money £22.50 taken from my bank through Apple Pay which I did not authorise. Watch out for these people & don’t let them take your money!

Scam.I understood I was doing a free trial to a fitness company to discover that £22 was going to be taken monthly.What was on offer had nothing to do with the fitness company.Same story as others.I phoned bank and cancelled card.
