Very impressed with how clear and fuss-free the whole process was to complete. I particularly liked the fact that instructions and wished could be re-written time and again until I got the wording exactly how I wanted it. They got the joint will mixed up, my funeral songs and wifes songs mixed up. and I didn't get the free Bound copy.

I paid for a bound and checked version, but they only sent me an unchecked version via email, I phoned them (left a call-back message) and also emailed them, but they didn't bother to reply to either, I would not recommend them
