My order was split after purchasing, therefore some items were delivered much later than expected. It is very difficult to contact customer service and in my experience did not receive a response after 3 attempts to contact.

I returned my order, they received it, but no refund for over 10 days after that. Emailed them several times — no response. Tried to call — no reply, automated message saying I’m calling out of their working hours when I’m NOT! I was literally calling during hours shown on their website under the phone number. Ridiculous

Just staying true to the brand and not hopping on the bandwagon of over priced crap, you know what you’re getting with QS. Affordable sick clothing

Dispatch is far too slow especially when coming from European warehouse. Tracking is inaccurate and useless. Contact chatbot Alice is USELESS ! !

Product faulty. Hole in pocket. No reply to complaint or follow ups. Awful company to deal with. All shorts feel cheap and likely to rip. Delivery time was awful. Took ages to arrive with no communication. Avoid.

Quality items and had a good deal to go with them

I sent an item back to Quiksilver - no contact from them after the courier confirmed it had been returned to them. 4 repeated emails were ignored. Response only received after I disputed the transaction with my bank.

I’ve used this brand for around 30 years… always shop bought, really… and still have some very old items I still wear. My daughters have taken many of my vintage items. For a period in the 2000s, it seemed harder to get what I considered to be old school surfing t shirts… I’ve been into the old school over fashion. A good old small logo on the front left chest / large logo on the back. Lots of offers and discounts. Rapid delivery. Fit as described. A focus on cotton and not man made cheap tat.

Bought men’s swim shorts in a sale looked good but they are see through !!!! The only element quicksilver need to get right in a men’s swim shorts they failed on… almost unbelievable but it’s true .
