I’ve lived in the building for 2 years…
I’ve lived in the building for 2 years now and have enjoyed it very much. Recently, Jayvi has helped my partner and I out which is why I’m writing this review. She was so helpful and responsive. We went to speak with her and as promised she emailed the next day with everything we needed.
All the staff are lovely and we very much appreciate Jayvi’s help. It’s nice to see her smiling face at the desk. I feel like London is so lonely, getting greeted by her just makes you feel at home. The building is secure and kept clean. My partner and I love living here with our cat.

Living in Madison
I’ve lived in this building for around two and a half years now, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the team here. From day one, they’ve been consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, they truly go above and beyond to make this feel like home rather than just a place to live.
A special thank you to Maria, who has been absolutely outstanding. She is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her support and dedication have made such a difference to my experience here, and she always goes the extra mile with warmth and compassion. Because of her, this building really feels like somewhere I want to stay long-term. I genuinely can’t imagine living anywhere else.
I’d also like to mention Shane, who has always been helpful, approachable, and friendly whenever I’ve needed assistance.
The whole team creates such a positive, supportive atmosphere, and it’s rare to find that level of care and consistency. Living here has been a wonderful experience, and that’s entirely down to the people who work so hard behind the scenes every day.

Great building and location

Madison experience

Everything is great in the building

Still Waiting for a Mattress Replacement After 2 Months - got back pain alreay
I moved into a Quintain Living apartment on 30th June 2025. From day one, it was clear that the mattress provided was in very poor condition – so bad that our heads literally slide to the other side when we try to sleep. Even the official inventory report acknowledged it was in “really bad condition.”
Since the rent includes furniture, I really don’t understand why the apartment was handed over in this state. If the home isn’t ready to live in, why allow residents to move in?
It has now been two months of repeatedly following up with reception about when the mattress will be replaced, but I am still waiting. In the meantime, both me and my partner are experiencing back pain and restless nights because of this issue.
I expect Quintain Living to take responsibility and urgently resolve this. If it continues unresolved, I will have no choice but to pursue my right to claim for the loss and impact caused.
I truly hope management sees this and takes swift action – because this is not the standard of living one would expect when renting with Quintain.

I am really sorry to hear that you have been waiting much longer than usual for the mattress replacement. Please accept our sincere apology for the delay, and rest assured that our Maintenance team has already placed an order and will contact you as soon as the new mattress arrives.
In future, if you do not receive a response or resolution to your reported issues within a reasonable time, please email the Residents team or raise a case via the app and title it FOA Resident Manager so I am made aware of the matter directly.
We will do everything we can to speed up the process and ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
