Really uncomfortable but look great
Let's start with the positive - these shoes look amazing, but the issue is when paying over £300 for a pair of shoes I expected them to be comfortable.
I've had multiple high end cycling shoes previously and they are all comfortable, so I don't understand why these shoes really start to hurt my feet so much after around 50 miles.
I've spoken to the customer service team and the response basically said that the soles are very cheap because most of their customers and staff put custom insoles in them.
So in summary if you have custom insoles already then they may be amazing. If you don't expect to pay £100+ for some decent insoles to try and get them to be usable.
Time will tell, but if my new insoles which are currently order don't do the trick it will be a £300 pair of shoes in the bin as once you add cleats to them you cannot return

They don’t do wide fit shoes
They don’t do wide shoes which is unbelievably frustrating. Their actual service etc was great but only making narrow shoes in this day and age seems bizarre. Their shoes look amazing as well - which adds to the frustration.

We do apologies fit didn’t work out for you. At the moment, all of our shoes including the MAAP x QUOC Gran Tourer XC are built on a standard E-width last. This offers a performance-oriented but accommodating fit for many riders, but we completely understand it’s not ideal for everyone especially those needing a true wide-fit option.
That said, we’re really glad to hear you had a good experience with our service and appreciated the design of the shoes , even if the fit let things down. Comments like yours help us do better, and we truly hope to offer a more inclusive size range in the future.

Advice
Had problems with quoc product not bought directly from QUOC, while quoc were unable to help, they gave advice to me and a 30% discount. I was able to use their advice to sell the product (at a loss) however with the 30% discount and money from sold item, i was able to purchase from QUOC and break even. On purchasing i received my item quickly with very clear instructions on how to return if unhappy. Staff were really helpful and well informed, will definitely shop from QUOC again

I originally ordered the Gran Tourer Lace in a size 43 according to the instructions regarding measuring my feet. Unfortunately, they were too small. Alice was AWESOME in helping me through the return. I got the brown/pink and that color was discontinued and she mentioned that there were new colors and models soon being released and also gave me discount code due to the brown/pink being discontinued. I ended up waiting for the new release and got the GT II in the new color way. They fit perfect and I just got the cleats on and will ride them for the first time today! Very excited!

Premium in every way
Excellent customer service and the shoes are unbelievable. Wore them out of the box on a 130 mile gravel race with 15k ft of climbing. Zero foot issues. And pedorthics is my profession.
