I have just received my beautiful amazing sensational ring. I could not be more thrilled! It is the Kaira with a 2 ct Aterna center stone. I cannot imaging anything better - the stones appear identical to mined diamonds.
Before I made a decision about what and where to buy, I read all the reviews, and now I can confirm the 100% positive experience. I dealt with Sam, who gave me advice on my decision which was very helpful. He agreed to the "rush order" and checked several times to ensure that it would be ready on time.

Sam has been incredible throughout the process! I had a very unusual situation where I had my own ring settings and wanted to get diamonds fitted from Quorri. Given a very tight timeline for my proposal, Sam made sure to keep me updated and get the job done, and perfectly so! I am extremely happy with how my rings turned out and would recommend this company to everybody I know!

Our first experience was very positive with Quorri. So much so, that we returned for another! The quality of the jewellery (solitaire earings and an engagement ring) are second to none. What an amazing experience. We got married young and at the time could not afford the ring that my now hubby wanted to buy. It was 10 years this year and we decided to upgrade. What a great product. The Alterna Diamonds are fantastic! I bought a beautiful engagement ring for my girl friend, but I needed a 4 carat diamond. Of course, I shopped mined diamonds and the cost and quality were outrageous. Then I found Sam at Quorri, Sam cut me a 4 carat oval that was unbelievable. It was so bright and clean of a cut that it shines in the dark. It's like wearing a search light on your hand! She loves it!

My fiancé bought my beautiful engagement ring from quorri. Not knowing, I had it sized by another jeweler in town. After getting my ring back I had a small stone on the band fall out, and 2 others turned black. I contacted quorri and Jason was super helpful and knowledgeable as to why this happened and was happy to fix someone else's mistake. Once my ring returned from quorri every stone sparkles like new! Found out about Quorri when I did some researching on guilt-free diamonds. This company was great to deal with. After a hiccup on my first order (I was unhappy with the custom ring I had created) they took the ring back, made a new set of customizations to the ring including a complete different stone, all at no extra charge. I dealt with Sam during the process and he/she was very accommodating. I can honestly say that once the second ring came I was blown away by the quality and sparkle. Highly recommend this company!

Such an amazing company! I ordered an engagement ring recently and this is honestly one of the best companies anyone could go with. Excellent experience amazing went above and beyond I choose them after finding mossinite .then I found QUORRI Makes a stone that is stronger on the Moh,s scale a Diamond is 10 moh,s mossinite is 9.25 Moh,s The ATERNA; is just under the 10 moh,s the choice has paid off. I was insanely insecure about the whole online shopping and I have had a stroke so am difficult to deal with. However sam was so . Compassionate ,caring constantly replying to at least two emails a day. with my different questions at all times! The Integrity that this company displayed it was amazing I wouldn't have put up with myself. But Sam was great with me that's not even mentioning the 2 carat Tiffany inspired Chanel ring. that I got. I told him that I wanted to hand It down to my daughters as it was for my anniversary He went above and beyond with every road block; I had continued to challenge him. So I thought there was something up with it I was a horrible customer I took it to my jeweler and my jewelry was absolutely impressed with the stone he showed me stones that they . Had in the store and he explained that none of their Stones were anywhere near the stone that,was created for me so I'm labeling myself a difficult customer and still they created me a masterpiece of a ring.. THIS COMPANY IS BEYOND AMAZING! After 2 years of wearing my 1ct round cut diamond engagement ring and wedding band, I wanted an upgrade… like a huge upgrade. After much consideration I knew that I wanted a big diamond on my finger, and I knew the exact look I was going for. I wanted a large diamond, 3ct or more, with an excellent cut and crystal clear clarity. I knew that my only option was to find a company which created man made diamonds and/or diamond simulants. I must say that i did some extensive research to find the perfect company to get the perfect ring. I had many many questions just like any person who wants the best of the best would. I came across Quorri. I wouldn't say accidentally because I am a big believer that all things happen with purpose. I must have drove Sam nuts BUT he never once complained LOL! Quorri strikes again!

We (I) had purchased a stunning engagement ring from Quorri some time ago, and were so unbelievably satisfied, not only with the gorgeous ring we got, but the extremely attentive service we received from the Quorri sales team and the folks “behind the scenes”. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, things changed further.

It turned out that my wife has very expensive skin, and the white 18k gold gave her an allergic reaction. Well, what good is a stunning ring, if she can’t wear it, right?

Upon contacting (re-contacting) Quorri, the sales rep, David sprung into action. He assured me we could do something and all would turn out great. He gave us a bit of a financial break on the making of a new ring, and completely accommodated us in terms of time to get it done, as we are leaving the country, and needed it done before we left. He pulled his proverbial strings, and had it done and in our hands, just in time for our departure.

This is how a company SHOULD operate. Focusing on your customers’ needs, and doing everything in their power to ensure their happiness. This spreads the word and creates some great marketing material, and it really cost them nothing at all - just a bit of hard work, and attentiveness.

I went with Quorri per a recommendation to get an engagement ring for my fiance. I was blown away with the amazing communication with regards to them catering to my needs. They were very tentative to my needs, despite me having to go back and forth between choices. In the end, I decided on a beautiful 1K ring with a rose gold band. My fiance was blown away- now I'm working with them to decide on a wedding band. I look forward to working with them again!!!
