Not contactable at all
The process of taking out the policy was easy enough.
Trying to contact anyone is impossible. The link they sent to renew does not work. The contact form goes unanswered. The website so buggy cannot make a new quote. It may be cheap but I cannot imagine how hard it would be to make a claim.

Impossible to get in contact with
Completely impossible to get in contact with. I needed to amend my policy, sent a request and heard nothing back. Ended up cancelling the policy instead, as I'm still in the cool down period and again heard nothing back. I seem to have been refunded but the policy is still listed as live. The website is a buggy mess - cheap but not really worth the hassle.

Beware: if you need to claim
Very difficult to actually make a claim. Phone numbers do not work and emails are not responded to. BEWARE. Cheap and simple to purchase insurance is only any good if it WORKS when you need it.
