Product availability and great service
It was easier for me to deal with Qwerty than it was to try and source a part from Cannondale Australia. The part was shipped within three days of the order and delivered half way around the world to my front door, in the middle of a world wide pandemic. I'd be more than happy to deal with Qwerty again.

No email to tell me it had been despatched so 9 days after I purchases I had to email to ask where the order stood. Turned up today happy with the item.
