I was astounded how much personal info the site needed when I ask to withdraw my winnings.. I had to have proof of deposit.. bank statements.. drivers licence.. bills with my name on it.. my bank card in the form of my E-wallet..my bank front AND BACK which was so alarming to me I asked my bank for advice they indeed advised me not too .. I had 4 withdrawal requests cancelled in a row which I was fuming about.. I spent 2 days talking to different assistants on the site for help and none of them could give me clarity as they "weren't payment officers"
