She took the time to really understand my back and shoulder problem concerns and tailored a plan that addressed my specific needs. Throughout my Physiotherapy & Cupping treatment, She demonstrated great empathy and compassion, making me feel comfortable and confident in the process. Her friendly and approachable manner made each visit a positive experience, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Thanks to her expertise and support. Ryan listens to the problems and finds a way of improving them, in an efficient and kindly manner.

Ryan knew exactly what was wrong with me and treated me accordingly. Completed a whole weeks work for the first time in months after seeing Ryan. Have been pain free since then. Ryan also gave me exercises to do too which helped tremendously in my recovery. Will no doubt be visiting R3 and Ryan in the future for sure.

Ryan was really lovely. He was informative, patient, very approachable and down to earth. I was previously told I had carpal tunnel but he was quickly able to assess and give me an alternative diagnosis with exercises to remedy things. I would definitely recommend.

I went to see Ryan at R3 after 7 weeks of debilitating back pain radiating down my leg. Painkillers muscle relaxants nothing helped. But Ryan’s treatment was a god send, the manipulation and the laser along with the exercises worked wonders.. Thanks Ryan🙏🏼

We sent my mother-in-law to see Ryan in Ilford. She was in debilitating pain in her lower back for months. His consultation highlighted areas in her body that needed treatment. Long story short after 2 visits and suggested exercises to strengthen her glutea and quads, her pain has subsided, she is alot happier now and pain free, we have since referred 3 other people.

R3 is a great experience, and will always be my first choice should I ever have physical problems in the future. Ryan is so knowledgeable in his craft, and is warm and friendly.

Ryan knowledge and understanding of the the body is unbelievable. Through all the treatment, Ryan was transparent, showed total respect and empathy. My first appointment I struggled to walk with 2 crutches. After 6 appointment with Ryan, I could walk unaided and I was back in the gym.

Ryan who was my physiotherapist asked few questions and showed me how my mobility was and how to improve with strengthening my muscles with exercises.
I thank Ryan for showing me how to target the muscle with exercises.
I sincerely recommend anyone with pains to reach out to Ryan .

Ryan was great! He was charismatic, laid back and easy to talk to (both professionally & just about life in general), and he came across very knowledgeable in diagnosis and creating a plan of action. He suggested a number of exercises for me to do at home to tackle my back, hip, knee and general core stability problems (the app was also helpful in having instructional videos, exercise timers and progress tracker)

I recently visited R3 Physio as I have been suffering with back and leg pain for several months.

I was seen by Ryan who I found was extremely professional and very knowledgeable he was able to explain the cause of my issues, which was great to know.

After 2 to 3 sessions, I was really able to feel improvement with the help of massages, laser treatment and specialised exercises.

I am beyond impressed with the quality of care I received in R3.
My physiotherapist, Ryan was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and developed a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs.
I have seen significant improvement in my mobility and pain level. Their expertise truly makes a difference.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by R3 Physiotherapy. Despite my ongoing health issues and financial challenges, the company has shown a complete lack of consideration and flexibility.

I have been unwell and experiencing significant self-mobility issues, which has put me under considerable physical and financial strain. I reached out to R3 Physiotherapy multiple times to discuss my situation and explore options, including:

1. Transferring my treatment package to a family member or another client.
2. Arranging a more manageable payment plan with smaller monthly payments.

Unfortunately, R3 Physiotherapy has been unresponsive and unwilling to accommodate my needs. They have ignored my calls and, when they do respond, they are rude and unprofessional. This lack of support has led to additional stress, as I face an upcoming payment on June 9th that I can not afford, resulting in penalties from Klarna.

Given the severity of my situation and the reasonable solutions I proposed, I expected a more compassionate and cooperative response. Their dismissive and unprofessional behaviour has left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against using R3 Physiotherapy, especially for anyone who may face similar hardships.

My first session went well I could feel the difference soon after it was finish my back pain is now around 2 out of 10 before it was 8 or 9 getting out of bed each morning was in pain now I hardly feel any pain and Hats off to Ryan for the extra exercise tips.

Great session with Ryan. He took time to listen to the history of my injury then set about identifying weak points and problems. He was clear in his communication the whole time and explained what each exercise would target.

Also the web booking system made booking really simple.
