RAAD has been a great company and team to work with since the start. I have never worked with a team that has been so helpful with any questions or problems that arise right away - day or night. Huge shout out to Dean and Chris!

RAAD has been an outstanding “Drone Service Provider” Company to work with. As a newer drone operator, I have been treated with the utmost respect and supported from the very beginning. The compensation is great “I would say best out of all other DSP’s”, and they have always been willing to work with me to make sure everything is fair and clear.
The missions are straightforward, well organized, and communicated clearly. I also really appreciate that they make themselves available if I ever have questions or concerns. I am able to call or text directly to get the support I need.
Dean, who I have worked with since the start, has been especially outstanding. He is professional, helpful, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. Overall, I have had nothing but an excellent experience with RAAD and would highly recommend them to any drone operator or business looking for aerial-intelligence/ drone-data provider. They are a professional, respectful, and reliable company to work with.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with RAAD as a drone pilot. One thing that really stands out is how they treat and compensate their pilots. From my experience, a significant portion of the project pay goes directly to the pilot, which shows that they genuinely value the people out in the field completing the work. Compared with other drone networks I’ve worked with, including FlyGuys, I’ve felt that RAAD puts more emphasis on taking care of its pilots.
Their communication is also excellent. They stay in contact with me consistently, often checking in every day during active projects to make sure everything is good to go and that I have what I need. I never feel like I’m left wondering what’s happening with a project.
There are still a couple of areas that could improve. Payments can take some time to come through, so I’d like to see a faster and more consistent payment process. The website/platform could also use some additional tweaking, particularly when it comes to selecting available jobs and uploading completed project files.
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed working with RAAD. The strong communication, fair pilot compensation, and the way they treat their pilots are the biggest positives for me. With some improvements to payment speed and the platform, the experience would be even better.
I’ve done hundreds if not thousands of projects for various DSPs as a pilot and Raad is by far the best to work with. Pay isn’t insultingly low like some of their competitors. On top of that the volume of work they throw my way is insane. Nearly half my revenue this year has come from Raad alone!
Communication is top notch, especially from Dean. Not sure how that guy does it, but day or night he’s there to get you taken care of! Seriously major shout out to Dean!
Although it took some time, they now have one of the best upload portals and UI I’ve come across. This has saved me tons of time compared to their competitors.
Hoping these guys continue to crush it, I’ll definitely be along for the ride!

I love working for RAAD. I am fresh out of collage and new to this career. Unlike other companies that require experience and already have certain skills, RAAD welcome me and offered me opportunities that I never thought I would have at a young age. I Would recommend to young guys and gals to if they are beginning to enter (sUAS,UAS) to join RAAD. Great people to work with by the way. Always respond when you need them during or not on a mission.

Ricardo, thanks for leaving a review. Here at Raad it is a meritocracy, not a bureaucracy. Every pilot should have a fair shot at establishing themselves as a tier-1 operator, and then be rewarded accordingly. We've enjoyed working with you and are excited for the next 1000 missions together.
Best in class……actually they’re in a class by themselves.
The whole experience feels less like a transaction and more like working with a team that genuinely cares. The trust, communication, and relationship they build makes the transaction feel like an added bonus.

RAAD has been an awesome partner for drone operations across the U.S., especially when it comes to getting pilots out to remote sites that aren’t exactly around the corner. The team especially Dean has been incredibly responsive, dependable, and easy to work with, I’m still not sure how Dean manages to reply to WhatsApp messages that fast, even my own team doesn't respond that fast. Their strong pilot network across the country has been a huge help, and we’ve really enjoyed building such a smooth and reliable partnership with the RAAD team.

It was really smooth working with Raad, it was an out of state job for a client and they handled it well, gave reports on time and the client was able to fix their issues.
