I ordered several gifts for different occasions and they all came beautifully wrapped. I also bought some earrings for myself, and they are absolutely lovely! Fantastic service and good at communicating delivery times.

I started out ordering a ring from the site, but decided to change my order in a pendant. I emailed to ask whether that was possible and I received a very nice email back confirming that it was fine. Accordingly, the communication was very clear and I have received a lovely turtle, wrapped in beautiful wrapping. Such a luxurious piece of jewelry and with the wrapping a present for life!

I recently ordered aprons from Rachel Bates, but had a problem with perfume that was part of the gift wrapping presentation. I contacted the Rachel Bates concierge, and was immediately offered help. Another apron has arrived, fragrance-free, along with replacement wrapping supplies. So not only the envelope & tissue paper, but the gorgeous green ribbon, gift tag, stickers, and a gold card with a gold envelope.

I am frankly stunned by the level of service, friendliness, and courtesy shown to me. I couldn't be more appreciative, and was able to give the first apron to my cousin last night. She was also impressed.
