Rack It Stack It Avis

Excellent service would highly recommend for racking

Great service backed up by super quick delivery.
Delivery communication was spot on and accurate.

Came promptly good sturdy racking

Seemless service. Many thanks

No problems. Good comms. Arrived on time.

Good communication and a good-quality used product, exactly as described and fit for my intended purpose. I would definitely recommend this seller based on my personal experience.
One small area for improvement would be the dispatch notification. It would be helpful to receive an estimated dispatch date a day in advance, rather than being notified on the day or during the dispatch process.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend the seller.

Highly recommend 👌

We have been using Rack It Stack It for the last 18 months for our warehouse racking planning and installation. What felt like massive, daunting projects for us was just another day at the office for them. They handled everything with absolute ease. Their communication is completely faultless. I had a lot of legacy issues to resolve from a previous company meaning I had endless questions and probably wasn't the easiest customer to deal with! However, the team was incredibly patient, supportive, and professional throughout. From minor fixes to changing and executing full bay runs, they carried out the work seamlessly even carrying out works on the weekends that suit are bussiness needs .Their expertise has been a total game-changer for our operation. I cannot fault this company or their installation team. I would definitely recommend 👌 👍

Absolutely brilliant boxs

Boxes are great quality. Delivered within 2 days. Great service all round

Got the shelving from here, was perfect as advertised

very good at sorting out what i needed, quick response getting our order ready.very happy with the racking.

We recently had heavy-duty industrial racking installed at Sykes Timber by Rack It and Stack It, including a bespoke roof structure, and the standard of work was outstanding from start to finish.

The team were highly professional, well organised, and clearly experienced in handling large-scale, heavy timber storage systems. The installation was completed safely and efficiently with real attention to detail, particularly around the bespoke roof integration, which was engineered and finished to a very high standard.

Communication throughout the project was excellent, with the team working closely with us on layout, load requirements, and operational flow to ensure the system was exactly right for our yard.

The finished racking has completely transformed our storage capacity and efficiency, and we’re very pleased with the result. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any heavy industrial racking or bespoke warehouse solutions.

Excellent products and delivery was quicker than expected and to the correct location as we were on a site :-)

Also a very great price with a range of colours

We urgently needed 100 timber boards for our warehouse racking. We tried a few other companies to get a quick turnaround, however Rack It Stack It were the only ones that get them to us in the timescale. Our first order with them and would certainly use them again! Friendly, helpful and seamless transaction. Highly recommended!

It would have bee even better if the support response had ben quicker. Thee pallet truck had a fault that mean't it would not lower on the lever. it took several days to get a response to solve it,but guessed it was just in need if some adjustment. The product appears to be very robust

I have recently purchased racking from this company via Amazon and although the order Was incomplete this company could not of dealt with it any better . excellent customer service well done

Just what I needed in super quick time would recommend. Very sturdy 👍

Fast , good quality, all straight forward .
