Resolved in the end
Ordered my radiator over 9 days ago and still waiting to receive delivery. Have contacted the support team numerous times only to receive apologies and promised delivery on another day . But still nothing . Not kept updated unless I prompt them . Terrible customer service just blaming outside delivery services. Have had to take extra days off work and frankly feeling very stressed about the whole experience. Still not sure when my delivery will be and wishing I never placed this order .Since my original review , Eloise has been in contact to resolve this issue, radiator arrived and has been fitted , my plumber commented on what a good radiator it is . Appears problems lye with the courier company. But finally happy at last .

No complaints whatsoever
Towel radiator was good quality and arrived quickly. My old radiator had cheap plastic brackets for mounting but this one had solid metal adjustable brackets which were much better. I would happily buy from this company again.

Great Price and Great Quality
Really quick delivery and really well packaged. Rads are great quality, the one we chose specifically kicks out loads of heat, and stays surprisingly warm for a long time after the heating has cut out. Glad we decided to go for the matching valves, they compliment the radiator nicely. And best of all, they are really well priced.
Always wary of buying larger items like these online, but would have no hesitation in purchasing from here again.

Purchased a radiator for my daughters…
Purchased a radiator for my daughters room who has a converted loft space. Really good and can leave either portable or attach to the wall. Connects to Alexa so I can ask alexa to turn it on or off if she forgets. Can also manage from my phone. Heats her room up really quickly and keeps her comfortable. I would highly recommend. Fast delivery and great service, thank you

Anthracite double column radiator
This is the second time we have ordered a radiator from radiator King. Our first radiator, which was an anthracite double column radiator, was for our dining room and looked absolutely fabulous. We decided to order another identical radiator for our hallway which looks equally as stylish and elegant. We would not hesitate in recommending Radiator King as they have provided us with beautiful radiators at an extremely competitive price. The order process was easy and delivery was swift. We would highly recommend this company.
