Radiators shown in stock were not in stock
I ordered 3 radiators and had plumber booked. Then got a call to say two of the three out of stock. They had shown as in stock when I ordered. Had to cancel plumber which was not good as we on a tight timetable. Ordered elsewhere. Got the rads cheaper elsewhere so that's a small bonus.

Ordering from Radiator World was so easy. After searching so many websites their electric bathroom towel rails were easily the best price. I did my homework and the company came up with a good rating which gave me confidence. I ordered them on the 2/4/26 and they arrived today 7/4/26.

We were looking stylish radiators to go under very low sash windows, together we found double 1200 x 350 high leaving enough height to fix valves underneath to existing pipes, all dimensions were critical including fixing points and all information was available online, our plumber was very impressed with the product.

The customer service from the call centre was very poor – the staff I spoke to seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue. In the end I had to buy the valves elsewhere.

Whist I was happy with the product…
Whilst I was happy with the product the customer service is very poor. I spent over £3000 with this company. When I unpacked the pallet I realised I had over ordered 2 radiators. I was told that they would not take them back as I had had the items for over two weeks. I had them for about 4 weeks before noticing my mistake. I emailed asking if they would accept the return. My email was ignored.

We’re very pleased to hear that you were happy with the products themselves, especially after such a significant order, but we’re genuinely sorry that your experience with our customer service left you feeling disappointed.
Under UK consumer regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, followed by a further 14 days to send the items back once the return has been agreed. In your case, the request was made around four weeks after delivery, which unfortunately falls outside this statutory return period. Because of this, we were unable to approve the return on that occasion.
That said, we completely understand how easy it is to accidentally over-order during a larger project, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this situation caused. We also apologise if your email felt overlooked — that is certainly not the level of communication we aim to provide.
We truly appreciate your order and your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service. If there’s anything further we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team.

Ordered 3 radiators. Terrible service from start to finished and poor quality products. Can get through to anyone as the phone number just rings off. Avoid this company at all costs!
