The lady on the initial telephone call was friendly and provided all the information I needed without making it too technical. I felt very reassured. Also made my mother comfortable when carrying out first test.

Highly recommended
Contacted the company regarding an alarm for my mum who was getting out of hospital that day. Arrangements made for package and I was able to collect the same day. Very helpful staff who explained how things worked.

Fast & Very Efficient
Have been using a Radius panic alarm for a number of years and have always experienced a fantastic level of service from the company. This was exemplified most recently by the very fast and efficient response by Charlotte in Radius to my order for a replacement alarm button, where I received the replacement item within 2 days. I highly recommend Radius.

Great product great service
Charlotte from the sales team was courteous, empathetic and knowledgable regarding Radius Connect. The connect product is great its’s very reassuring for both the wearer and the family.

A brilliant system, allowing peace of mind for the client and the family
Delivery was a bit slow, it took a week until arrival, however on arrival and testing, this was done with brilliant efficiency and appears to be a great system, allowing peace of mind for the client and family.
