Easy to order, quick and efficient dispatch. Great product. Only criticism is that it would be good if the pen’s colour was indicated on the pack or better still on the pen itself. Helpful when reordering.

The issue was solved
I give one star only because I have not received my purchase.
The paints are amazing — I ordered them before and was very satisfied. This time I ordered a bit more before Christmas. My order was completed only on 28.12.25, and then I received a parcel that was not mine, although it had my address on it.
I tried to contact the company by phone and by email, but got no response. I still don’t have my purchase. Very disappointed.
The update about my purchase (16.01.25)- I achieved my goal with this review; my voice was heard. We spoke this morning, and the package will be sent to me, so I’m changing my rating from one star to five. My advice: don’t plan home renovations during the Christmas holidays 😏

I used your pens on our 5ft x3ft notice…
I used your pens on our 5ft x3ft notice board, and although advertised as being cleaned off with water this doesn't happen as all the writing could still be seen..After sending emails was told to buy your cleaner..

We’re sorry to hear that the pens did not perform as you expected on your notice board. While the pens can usually be cleaned with water on non porous, suitable surfaces, some materials can be more absorbent or textured, which may cause pigment to remain visible even after cleaning. This can unfortunately affect how easily the ink can be fully removed.
Our cleaner is designed to help in these situations by lifting any residue left behind on more challenging surfaces. That said, we do appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially if this was not clear at the time of purchase.
