Banned me from using site for their mistake
Spent almost $80 on various different colors of bands. All of the bands I received were correct and accurate to the site pictures, aside from 10 of one color. I ordered brown, they sent red. I emailed them letting them know the color was wrong, and they replied saying that batch variations and different screens can make the colors differ. I don't mind a different shade due to a screen or factory error, but they sent me a completely different color from the site. I ordered dark brown, they sent a faded red. There's no way on earth anyone could argue that a difference in screens would make those colors remotely similar. They offered a refund, but said I had to pay for shipping the bands back. According to them, they can send you any color they want and argue that it's correct because your screen shows it different. They refused to hold themselves accountable for advertising the color wrong. After a few days of back and forth, they said they'd cover shipping costs so long as I never use their site again. Ridiculous and petty. They can't own up to their mistakes and instead choose to ignore you until you email them multiple times. Dishonest and rude staff
