The batteries I ordered evidently were top quality ... my wife's wheelchair batteries were getting so bad that lately by noon she only had one blinking red light left. But now she has all charge LEDs still on when she goes to bed. I don't remember those batteries lasting this long even when her wheelchair was new. Impressed!!

Needed batteries for a APC UPS. Raion had a replacement kit for my model number. Shipping was very reasonable for shipping a box of lead across the country. Just got two more large UPSs at auction. I’ll be ordering more batteries soon.

Battery working as expected, shipping could be better
Negative:
Shipping took 6 business days, longer than the indicated 2-5 business days.
Delivery date in tracking information was incorrect (perhaps fault of USPS).
Somewhat remarkably, the battery arrived apparently undamaged - packaging was skimpy and inadequate IMHO.

The battery was fully charged and, at least initially, seems to be working as it should

Delivery was excessively delayed and…
Delivery was excessively delayed and had to be traced. The package was damaged badly and had to be reenforced by shipper.
The installation on the scooter device was difficult as fit was critical. (this was due to design of the device). Locating a recycle service was also difficult.
