This company is a complete SCAM!!! My boyfriend ordered me some dresses spent over 100 and they didn't fit, tried to return they only offered partial of 5% and to keep the dress or I pay return postage. I shipped the clothes back in May!!!! Now it is Sept and they are refusing my package and sending it back to sender. Total SCAM and false advertising regarding their 100% satisfaction guarantee and easy return. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Although the cardigan I have received is quite cute. It is totally different from how it is advertised. It looked like it was knitted, with a cat pattern. It is, in fact, a nylon fabric, and far from what was advertised. It is not fair that they totally give a different product. Plus it wasn't cheap.

One star is far too much I purchased a dress which looked classy on the site but it turned out to me atrocious, the material is like horrible nightdress material, the size is too small and is altogether I am totally disgusted with the thing, I can’t even describe it as a dress. As soon as I paid for it, the amount nearly doubled as it was in American dollars 😖😖😖😖😖

OMG! Why I didn’t find these reviews before I ordered? Terrible products! They are thieves on the open, stealing whatever they want! DO NoT fall in their trap!

The Quality of the Clothes was so bad. Colors and print are not as shown on the Website. Customer Service gives after the 3. Email max.10% off.
I ask them to produce this clothes in a better quality.
No way.
That Clothes are not 5$ worth.
I fight to give them back.

Ordered a sun dress. They said it shipped Nov 25 but I cannot track and cannot reach customer service. I guess I was scammed

Absolute scam.
Ordered two different Christmas jumpers. Recieved two, but two sizes smaller than what was ordered and both identical. Would just write it off and pass them on to a young relative, but the quality is absolutely abysmal.
Email inbox is full, so any correspondence you send to them bounces back as undelivered, messaging on Facebook just gets you am automated message, yet they continue to post stuff on social media to scam more people.
Absolute cheek when they then posted a "new" email address to say to contact it instead, only for the address to be incomplete and all computations of it are undeliverable as well.

Complete scammers... extremely bad cheap material and stitching and quality. none of the cloths ordered fit and when I asked for a refund, they blatantly refused. poor customer service. products are made and shipped from China. Picture son the website and ad are just eye candy what you get is far from what is shown...Be prepared to waist your money.

Item was far from true to size (and I used direct measurements of myself and compared to those provided by the company).
Colour was not at all like advertised (supposed to be green and white but the white had turned an off-yellow).
Needed to be returned because it was not wearable - and the company refused the return because they said that I would have to bear the cost of return and that was too expensive and not worth it. Offered to give me 5% of the original price. And when pushed further, only offered another 10%.
Completely unacceptable.
This is a really bad company to deal with - based in Asia and this also meant slow to reply to correspondence.
Would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - EVER!

Oh, why didn’t I check this before I ordered I saw Bethenny Frankel on Instagram and bought two sweaters six weeks ago it can’t be tracked and there is no refund. I don’t even know how to report this.

I was surprised Bethenny Frankel would support them as I always thought she was pretty legit

Dress took ages to come and when it did, it was about 5 sizes too small even though I ordered sized up. I have contacted Rakiss to request a refund - will let you know how it goes !

The dress is really pretty & well made.
I am a 2X in size...5'6" & 225lbs. With that in mind I ordered the largest size 5X. As in the past I have learned not to order my size, always go larger. Today I received my dress as 5X and found out that it fits more like an extra large maybe a 1X :`

Terrible customer service. They advertise free returns but then do not allow you to return for a refund. They give you a 25% credit after making you jump through hoops (i.e. send actual pictures). I have never written a review in my life but this company is garbage.

Worse experience ever the dresses very low quality. Customer service very low attention not close to what they seem online.

The clothes were rubbish. Very low quality and very different from the photos. After I reached out to them to tell them I want to return and request for a refund, they blocked me. Typical scammer! What a waste of time and money.

You cannot make a return! Shipping was more than the dress, so they refused my return and refuse to respond to any more emails! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I’ll never shop them again and I’ve warned all my Facebook friends.

Not good at all. I placed an order. The sizes run small so I had to ask for a return label. They said sorry we only can provide you with a 20% off next purchase.

This is a scam shop. All the clothes look like doll clothes. They're poorly made, they look nothing like the photos, and even though it says you can make returns on their shop website all they offered was a 20% discount when I asked for a full return or refund. Never ever buy from these people again

My order from from this company Rakkiss was an disappointment. I got half of my order. Tracking number is worst. I try to email the company and they don’t answer. They took $42.00 from my order. Now I’m out of my money. I reported this to my bank and it is hard to Proof because Tracking # says it was delivered.

I ORDERED JEANS AND WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY ARE TOO SMALL - WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE THEM BUT THE COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY NUMEROUS EMAILS!
