I had a fantastic experience with Rally Internet and TV service. I had an issue with the internet speeds. We called customer service support team who were incredibly helpful and answered all questions promptly. The technician Sahil arrived to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and professionally explained everything. He set up the model and made sure all the devices were connected. The process was very smooth and we were very satisfied with the service. Thank you Sahil for your great work!

Auf der Website war keine funktionierende Kündigungsoption zu finden, und mehrere E-Mail-Adressen waren entweder ungültig oder führten ins Leere.
Nach viel Recherche hat nur der Kontakt über das Zendesk-System funktioniert.

Really bad streaming service
Really bad streaming service, always loosing signal even in good weather conditions!! The transmission is very weak, done entirely using the cockpit cameras, it's very rare to see an outside camera. This is not the quality expected from an international competition.

Very disappointed that my 4 year old Samsung TV will no longer work with the app. Their suggestion was to buy a new TV! Customer service is non-existent.

I have reviewed Rally TV twice with very negative statements however at March 2025 the improvement in the app us remarkable. It's new layout is easy to navigate it's not dropping out anymore and I will not complain about subscribing again. Well done

Don't buy, it doesn't work, even with great wifi. Paid the monthly fee, looking forward to watching the Monte but it just buffers constantly. Tried everything to resolve it but it's hopeless. I want my money back but there is no way to contact customer service so I'll contact my c card company and try and get my money back. What a shame, so disappointed!
No payment options.
I like to watch rally on tv, but if u want a subscription there is only one payment option, the American one, with Creditcards, who most in Europe do not have.
Why not via Paypall without a card, or IDeal ?
And i do not want a creditcard or dept card as it really is.

Also, you cannot click rewind more than once, because, it crashes.
For the price hike they instilled after rebranding from WRC, regardless of corporate defined expenses, the quality should've improved, not degraded.
After 5 years, I will not be renewing my subscription.

Watching a stage and then it just crashes and you have to reload, happens every stage and crashes at least every 30 to 40 mins.

Das Unternehmen ist eine reine Abo-Falle. Es wird nicht auf Vertragsverlängerungen und anstehende Zahlungen hingewiesen, wonach dann auch keine Erstattung mehr möglich sein sollen.
Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist verglichen mit Services wie F1-TVPro auch nicht gut, mit einem Jahrespreis von satten 119,99 €.

I'll start by saying, I have subscribed to rally.tv(WRC+) since day one! WRC+ was the glitchiest most unreliable app on the planet however I can accept that.
What I can't accept is the snake like behaviour of the customer services team.
My bank card had been stopped for a scam attempt on my account and my new card wouldn't arrive until after my payment was meant to go to rally.tv, so I thought I'd be courteous and contact them, tell them what's happening and reassure them I'd be paying before the next rally.
What they saw was an opportunity to increase my monthly price. I was still paying £9.49 a month and it was via Google play.
So in order for me to change my payment method all I needed to do was change my card on Google.
They cancelled my subscription and told me I can resubscribe for £12.99 a month and that its okay because I'm already paying the new price.
Well that was a lie, and I proved it to them with my Google play receipts. Their response was "we are sorry you feel this way"
Wait what? You're sorry I feel like you've lied to me and used it to increase my bill?
Well I won't ever subscribe to it again. They've lost a Long standing customer. All because I was trying to be courteous and they saw an opportunity to be snakes.
Well I'd advise anyone to avoid them! Like the plague.
Inkompetenz in Perfektion
Sorry, aber was für ein miserabler Kundenservice! Ein deutsches Unternehmen, mit dem man englisch schreiben muss? Muss das sein? Die telefonische Hotline verweist Sie auf die Webseite. Nun ja, guter Kundenservice sieht wirklich anders aus!
Nach dem der Empfang via Fire TV letztes Jahr durch App-Wechsel seitens des Unternehmens unmöglich gemacht wurde (funktioniert nun wieder), hatte ich im September 23 schriftlich gekündigt (die passenden Mailadressen muss man erst einmal finden!!!).
Die Kündigung wurde dann im November 23 ignoriert und ein weiterer Jahresbeitrag eingezogen. Auf meine massive schriftliche Beschwerde wurde dies dann rückgängig gemacht und das Geld zurück erstattet.
Das war es dann mit Rally.TV? Mitnichten! Gestern wurde ich ich ohne Zutun meinerseits von einer Mail überrascht: mein monatliches Abo sei nun eingerichtet und die Zahlung erfolgt! Unglaublich, ein Hort der Inkompetenz und Unfähigkeit! Auf die erneute Beschwerdemail bekam ich vorhin die Antwort: Es tut uns leid, dass du uns verlässt, aber wir freuen uns, dass du uns ausprobiert hast. Ich habe dein Abonnement erfolgreich storniert. Es werden keine weiteren Zahlungen vorgenommen…
Das ist doch Kundenservice vom Feinsten! 6, setzen!
Mein Tip für potentielle Kunden: bloß nicht da anmelden, es sei denn, Sie suchen Beschäftigung a la Mails schreiben.

Mange mail frem og tilbake og laang tid før besvarelsene kom. De ordnet ikke opp og plutselig kom en sms om at de ville belaste meg for nok en ny måned. Da sperret jeg Visakortet og bestilte nytt. Så styr unna.

Keeps dropping out not worth continuing with it any more.
Feels like I've been robbed
Paid for last month but could not connect , later found out it won't work on my phone , you only find this out after you've paid , what a rip off and now found out they've taken money out of my account for this month , I never signed up for that , terrible company , hope I can get my money back , will be reporting them to Pay Pal
