I recently brought a pop up tent with stumps that arrived faulty. I contacted RAM customer services who advised me to send some photos in with the fault. After a short delay with a response I was contacted by Patricia, Customer Service Manager. Firstly apologising for the delay, Patricia was quick to find a solution and was sympathetic to the issue and found a solution that was far above what I could of hoped for. Great customer experience! I recently ordered a set of bespoke rugby post protectors from RAM. Customer service was second to none from my initial enquiry through to final production and delivery I was kept informed. We are extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend RAM Rugby.

I ordered 10 rugby match balls , when I checked them they had sent wrong balls so I contacted customer service and explained the mistake they reordered the correct balls and sent them next day service absolutely fantastic can’t praise them enough would definitely recommend

I placed an order on a solo ball and Gilbert training ball. Both arrived very quickly however the solo ball was faulty. RAM then sent out a replacement ball with works perfectly

Ordered a catching rebounder and delivered in a poor condition. Identified not RAMs fault as parcel force had damaged not only the box but also the rebounder itself.
Contacted customer service with the issues and Pat was brilliant. Not only apologised for the issues with Parcel force but sent a replacement rebounder immediately. Rebounder delivered in in perfect condition in very quick time.
I was very happy with all the communication from Pat, from the initial complaint thorough to the arrival of the 2nd rebounder. Will be using RAM for future purchases.

From start to finish i seamless process and when the Caps turned up they where actually better than we had anticipated , quite simply a good product well made.

I ordered a Ram tackle bag for my sons birthday from Amazon. Due to the current situation I understood delivery would be longer. I contacted Ram and they were very helpful and prompt with their reply. The tackle bag also arrived much sooner than I expected. It’s the perfect size and weight for a rugby almost 12 year old! He can keep up his skills and tackle the boredom of lockdown. Thanks Ram!
