1 - Retained data from years previously mixed with current order
2 - Failure to Deliver simply said no one in left card which there was none as they never turned up
3 - No response for a week after enquiring via email provided so had to ring
4 - No apology for data confusion only for Parcel Forces errors
5 - Delivery assured with phone call prior to delivery which didn't happen

I'm really sorry to read this review. It's very strange for an email to go unanswered and I'm sorry you had to chase.
Having looked into this, I can only apologise for the delivery issues and incorrect details.
Parcelforce do ask their drivers to ensure they leave a card if they can't deliver the parcel but I appreciate on occasion this isn't done correctly and that's extremely frustrating. Parcelforce send email and text notifications to give a time slot for deliveries on the day, but they don't provide drivers with mobile phones, it's up to the driver as to whether they're happy to use their personal phone. I'm really sorry if this wasn't communicated properly.
In terms of the out of date data, this is a human error as we've used a previous order as the basis for the new order. I'm sorry this has happened.
Again, I'm very sorry for these issues you have experienced.

Ram Rugby Boot Bag
What a brilliant boot bag. The picture and description really don't do this bag justice. I am a rugby referee and I always take two pairs of boots with me in my kit bag - one pair for firm ground and one pair for softer ground. Obviously I want to keep them separate from the rest of the kit in my bag, so this has always meant packing two boot bags. This boot bag from Ram now means that I can pack both pairs of boots in separate compartments of the same bag. There is also a further handy compartment for keeping spare laces, spare studs, stud spanner, etc.
Excellent bag, very well priced.

We advertise Gilbert balls as being delivered between 3-5 working days so I'm very sorry they arrived a day outside of this. It's a little harder for us to control as they come from a third party but I'm really happy you've received them and this is all sorted for you.

Very pleased with the ease of ordering and prompt delivery. My grandson is thrilled with his new rugby ball, pre season training is in full swing! Even better it was a far better price than some other companies!
