Robin is terrible. Totally unreachable. Only cares about her profit margins. Dishonest in fully inclusive contracts. Do not use this agent for let’s as they only care about there profits not the renters or the landlords

There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Moving is a stressful time for anyone and this move was no different however from start to finish Tony was there for us, any questions, and there were a few! Tony did a lot of the chasing between parties and just made the whole experience as smooth as possible.
