I can honestly say that I have had a fantastic experience with Rapid2 so far and I hope it stays that way. I have been recommending them to everybody I know!

Very impressived so far with the price and performance. I have only contacted support twice but they have responded in under 30 minutes both times. Thanks guys, I will update my review if anything changes.

I ordered the most expensive dedicated server that rapid2.net had.  I also made a request to upgrade the sdd. The first red flag was that I didn't receive a response when offering to pay them more for an upgrade. The second red flag was that it took them a week to setup the server.  The customer support said they would credit me for the lost time but never did.  The third red flag was that their admin panel didn't recognize the server so I wasn't able to log in, check stats or restart the server.  I placed several tickets requesting that they fix this and recieved no reply.

In retrospect that's enough of a warning that they are unprofessional and incapable of servicing their clients. But I made the mistake of not cancelling with them and am paying dearly for it.

Now my production dedicated server has now been down for nearly 24 hours and no one from rapid2 has replied to my tickets.  At this point the loss in business has far exceeded what I paid them.  Their customer support is nonexistent despite their claims of reliability and 24/7 uptime.

Excellent service even at the free level. I had tried others before Rapid2 but they all had restrictions which could massively affect your users. Rapid2 have made sure that all of the important things you need are free and mostly unrestricted meaning you only need to pay for specific things. Only had a couple of problems with them which they literally resolved in minutes. Definitely recommending to any business or charity.

They offer extremely fast support compared to other sites. On top of that, they even offer support for your own projects you do on their dedicated machine without hesitating. Truly the best I've seen so far, especially considering the pricings are spot on as well.

Have just placed an order for a dedicated server from Rapid2. Really good price and they set it up in less than 15 minutes. Great so far, will update if I have any problems.

I'm been with 3 different web host providers in the past for my Wordpress site and this one is the fastest and one of the cheapest. I've had problems in the past with different hosting providers and poor technical support but with rapid2 I normally speak to Sam and he seams to have a lot of knowledge about the service and fixes all my problems. Overall I would definitely recommend the service but I've only been a customer for about a week so let's see how it goes. 😊

I came to Rapid2 from facebook, and i am willing to use them as my web hosting provider, they have great support' great staff & good communication skills, so i should use Rapid2 before choosing some other web hosting provider.
