I found this bike shop for repairs…

I found this bike shop for repairs after having issues with a other local bike shop. I've been really impressed by their workmanship and pricing. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who wants a job well done and at an affordable cost.

Ienyrid m4pro+

Service was absolutely appalling when you tried to ask them a question they don’t have a clue what they’re going on about. I purchased 2X ienyrid m4pro +  and constantly getting problems I do not recommend this place absolutely anyone

They sold a faulty not as described…

They sold a faulty not as described e-bike didn’t stick to consumer law with return warranty help or refund I had to go to bank trading to reverse the payment despite them saying they offered a refund and it was about a punctured tyre which was not true it was an electrical fault and they wanted £75 just to look at the bike I asked to return they refused I requested a payment reversal from my bank which I won for faulty goods they then messaged privately to threaten legal action for me to pay for return of good box it dismantle it which was more expense and difficult and goes again consumer law 2015 so have reported to trading standards I have emails to prove this can’t upload though to warn others

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. For the benefit of other readers, we would like to clarify several important points, as a number of statements in this review are inaccurate.

You first contacted us regarding this matter nearly a year after the bike was purchased regarding your tyre puncture. You were informed getting punctures on a bike does not immediately grant return rights within statutory periods, let alone beyond the six-month period, as this is considered normal wear and tear and incidental. Your understanding of consumer law and its application in this situation is incorrect. Despite the length of time that had passed, we still offered to examine the bike and carry out any necessary repairs. However, the bike was never returned to us for inspection.

You also confirmed that the tyres punctures had been independently repaired by other parties on three separate occasions. In any event, arranging multiple third-party repairs without notifying us or seeking authorisation prevents us from properly assessing the original condition of the bike.

Nevertheless, we still attempted to resolve the matter and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a refund despite the bike having been used for a year. The only requirement was that the bike be returned to us safely.

To assist with this, we provided a video showing how the bike can be disassembled and repackaged, You mentioned you have binned the original so we shared the original box dimensions to help you source another one for safe courier transport, and also offered the option for the bike to be dropped off at one of our stores for more convenience. However, these options have been expressly refused and the bike has still not been returned to us.

We remain willing to resolve the matter once the bike is returned to us. Any questions our team is ready to assist.

Brilliant staff and a superb Vitilan V3 2.0.

Staff are very friendly,helpful and knowledgable. I ordered a Vitilan V3 2.0.Delivery was prompt and the bike arrived in a few days. Assembly took a little longer than anticipated but is straightforward. The first ride out and a couple of bolts needed fully tightening and the gears needed to be adjusted very slightly,again a simple job. After owning the bike for 2 weeks I can honestly say it is brilliant!! Plenty of power for steep hills,smooth power delivery and a comfortable beast to ride. The manual does leave a little to be desired but that is down to the manufacturer. I have received many compliments about the bike and I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone in the market for a new e bike.
Well done to all the staff at Rapid Scooter.

I got the g3 pro its amazing super fast…

I got the g3 pro its amazing super fast came looking so good didn't want to get it dirty at all came well fast very impressed will say the down sides are the battery docent last long and its rubbish to ride on mud and grass but in. all in all it's amazing on the streets

Brilliant customer service !!!

I had a problem with my scooter ,emailed them replied straight away got me all sorted for the return.. sent it out to the team i had a few issues and they sorted it all out rapid just like there site name! Ask for Fred he's your man for the case if any problems Top man ! Best customer service I've had when there's a problem with your product!!
