I had high hopes of replacing my MX 3S with the RAPOO MT760 PRO, but I was disappointed after only a short time using it.

Starting with the quality and features, the top scroll wheel was extremely loose, wobbling excessively from side to side. When scrolling, it often got stuck or slipped under my finger, frequently triggering the top click accidentally due to its oversensitivity.

Even after updating the firmware and having no issues with other peripherals, the Wi-Fi dongle was randomly unrecognized by my Windows system.

The claimed 120-day battery life? Far from it. Even after lowering the polling rate, the fully charged battery dropped to 91%, then 89% within minutes, and plummeted to 54% within just four hours.

What made matters worse was the lack of customer support. They were nonexistent, leaving me to figure things out alone. I contacted them twice through their online form and still haven’t received a response.

In my opinion, and I’m sure many would agree, product quality is vital with any investment, but even more important is customer support—which seems entirely absent here.

Ich habe eine Tastatur über Media Markt von der Marke Rapoo gekauft. Die Tastatur war nicht so billig - 35Euro.
Ich musste den Kundenservice zu rate ziehen, da Tasten fehlten und ich trotz Internet Recherche die gewünschte Funktion nicht gefunden habe und erzeugen konnte. Die Tastatur reagierte auf nichts. Tja auf eine Antwort warte ich bis heute. Es meldet sich keiner zurück. Produkte in Umlauf bringen und dann ist schluss, Service wird hier klein geschrieben. Wahrscheinlich wissen die die Lösung selber nicht - dazu sage ich jetzt mal nichts weiter.... Qualität ist was anderes. Ich würde deshalb nie wieder Rapoo Produkte kaufen. Dann lieber auf Cherry und Logitech oder Hama zurück greifen, alt bekannte Marken, die sich etabliert haben. ....Hilfe bekommt man von diesem Hersteller nicht bei Problemen.... Wenn der Artikel also nicht gnadenlos günstig ist (1€) oder so, wo kein Risiko besteht, ist es besser, man nimmt was anderes.....

If it is cheap it is probably shit, what a full experience i am having so far, the wireless connection is terrible, even having the dongle a few inches away, then when trying to use the software it does not work, its just says that there is no device connected, try to reach support they just ask for the same thing that where already provided like product model, i fill a form for what? no solution was given, just "check if its turn on". never ever again buying this brand again. Just save a bit more money and get an actual brand and not some chinese knock off

Absoluter Müll. Habe mir erst letzten Sommer (!) eine Bluetooth-Tastatur für über 30€ gekauft und gestern hört sie von einer Sekunde auf die nächste auf zu funktionieren. Nichts hilft, habe alles versucht. Und natürlich kann man sie nicht öffnen, ohne sie zu zerstören. Kauft nicht hier!

dont buy, it's broken afte two weeks max, i had two mouses from rappo, both broken after 10 days- max two weeks, dont buy, it's the worst company ever

I use rapoo mouse + keyboard for several years now, and i love it! It looks and feels good. Very precise mouse and i love the minimal design look.

Yet more totally unrepairable land fill from yet another greedy company. I have had many Rapoo devices and all of them have proved to be flakey by one degree or another. Mice double clicking on their own, poor rubber choice that disintegrates very quickly etc.. and to top things off after spilling a little bit of cola on my expensive wireless keyboard(mouse combo) I find that it cannot be opened to clean it - not a screw in sight! All glued shut! Eventually after trying to open it, the aluminum casing became too warped to even justify a repair anymore. And as my USB slots are limited the mouse and keyboard are now land fill.

Go to Hell Rapoo!

This is the final straw - you masquerade as some high-flying tech company but your products are trash!! I have no idea what to recommend as another option, but I do advise anybody to avoid inferior Rapoo products!!

Contacted Rapoo Support twice via the homepage (rapoo-eu -> support) No respond. The support area does not exist.
The supplier from GER is extremely helpful (bit-electronix) and supports in every situation (10 out of 10 points).
The quality of the Rapoo E9260 keyboard is good, it looks very nice, the touch is good...unfortunately the keyboard doesn't work properly. Battery empty, although it has been replaced several times and is fully charged, after approx. 2 months of keystroke delay, keystrokes are not recognized, no reaction.

Excellent wireless devices, though sometimes freeze .....

Drivers dont exist on their official website. The buttons to download exist but the download never happens. Just a scam. Most buttons arent programmable without the drivers so they are useless

I bought a rapoo mobile charger on a holiday in Hamburg in June, when I got home I discovered it did not work. I wrote to rapoo support 3 times but no response. so i wrote on rapoo facebook page 2 times and no reation.
I can only say never buy a rapoo product.

Rapoo E1050 keyboard from X1800 combo set. Very often keys pressed are not inputed. I think this is manufacture issue since I found others online, complaining about this. The design is nice but can't use it.
