Thrush

I bought the VPS just for testing, but it didn’t work properly even for one day.
Even when I’m not using it, the CPU usage goes up to 100%. I restart it, and after about 5 minutes—without doing anything—it reaches 100% again.
It keeps happening continuously like this, and it has been the same for more than a year.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Im with this provider for over 2 years, I have 7 VPS's rented from them, at the beginning their service was Ok, but after they start oversell their nodes they keep crash and rebooting out of nothing.
Support was also fast and helpful at the begging now they have some idian guys who just copy paste answers to problems and it takes like forever till they help. They migrated .DE and .NL locations were the worst of all, promising stability but just two weeks after, the servers went offline. So, I cancelled everything with them and moved to another provider.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from them.

We did migrate our servers because we moved to new and better hardware. All the issues we had are now solved. Every big move like this will come with some issues, I agree, but we did offer compensation to all of our clients who were affected by this move.

Complete lack of communication

Complete lack of communication. Ordered a VPS in their German location on the 29th November, VPS was finally set up on the 1st December. Noticed that Reverse DNS wasn't working. On 3rd December was notified that VPS would be migrated from Dusseldorf to Frankfurt with change of IP addresses, and I should let them know what date I would like my VPS migrated. Promptly replied, never heard anything back from them. After a week of complete silence (no migration, no updates, nothing) I informed them that I would like to get a refund (in line with their refund policy). Two weeks later, I am still waiting for that refund.

I can understand that things can go wrong (particularly for data centre migrations), but what I cannot understand is the complete lack of communication and updates to keep customers informed (of course, they are swamped with tickets as I am not the only one being confused and unhappy).

DO NOT BUY

They are scammer. They will give you good discount, but there server will never up. You can use the server for few days only.
I have bought their server for one year, it was a very good deal. But suddenly from last one week the server is down, all the data is lost. They re not even responding the mails. They are using multiple support person name to copy paste reply.

Bought a server from them but it's…

Bought a server from them but it's upload speed was between 4mbit and 10mbit. Unfit for purpose. Requested refund, support agreed at first but then put ticket on hold and went silent.

Edit: they didn't offered any solution or refund had to chargeback

I had aHorrible Support and Unjust Suspension terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with RareCloud.io. The support team is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I reached out multiple times to address a specific issue I was having with their service, but they either ignored my inquiries or gave generic, unhelpful responses.

To make things worse, my account was suspended without any clear explanation. No effort was made to investigate whether the issue was on their end or related to any other services they offer. It felt like they just blindly suspended accounts without even looking into the matter.

I highly do not recommend RareCloud.io to anyone who values their time and money. If you run into issues, don’t expect any real support or fairness. Horrible experience all around!
