Well, if you’re looking to find out more about us, then you’re in the right place. We are Ratcliffe & Co Wines, a small family run business based in the heart of Norfolk. After working on various projects within in the food and drink industry, our passion for wine has built-up over a long period of time. We decided to take it to the next level in 2016 which is when Ratcliffe & Co Wines was born. Our core aim is to showcase some of the most fascinating wines at great prices. We never compromise, all our wines are of exceptional quality, some of them even gracing the wine lists of Michelin-starred restaurants and venues not just in the UK, but across the globe. Our portfolio consists of some of the finest family run producers and wineries from around the world, we have over 1,000 wines, including classic world wine regions, as well as some exciting hidden gems from emerging regions. Our ambition is to grow by encouraging the wine lovers of the UK to come on this journey with us, taking the opportunity to discover more of your favourite varietals and maybe some unfamiliar ones too. We are a little company with big ambitions, however, we always place our customers’ needs at the heart of everything we do; for us it’s about providing that personal touch, endeavouring to make every contact or transaction we have informative and enjoyable.

Delivery took over 7 days .I mailed them on Sunday evening approx 10:30 pm to enquire when I should expect delivery. Very impressed I had a response almost immediately.
Was advised dispatch would be on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Monday got a call informing me DHL had broken the package.. ( No fault of the supplier ).
The wine was for a Birthday present, so requested a replacement to be dispatched. When the wine arrived it was a Blush variety and not the white wine originally ordered.. Not the best experience, but did appreciate the prompt personal contact . I decided not to pursue further rectification. Tried the Blush wine it was very pleasant …

Happy with service - eventually!
Our first order was damaged in transit so wasn't delivered, we subsequently had a replacement sent through. We had very good communication with the company from Glenn who updated us about the issues and was very apologetic.
