Ryan has saved us several times now (teenagers gaming PC). Every time I have contacted Ryan he has answered promptly & fitted us in super quick. His service is second to none, Ryan is friendly, knowledgeable, approachable & understanding. On most occasions Ryan has sorted our problem at home, but to our horror one time, he needed to take the gaming PC away. Understanding the situation, Ryan fixed the issue really quickly & kept us informed all the way through the process. He also checked up on us after! The best service anyone could ask for! Thank you Ryan!
The service I received from this company was superb. Ryan responded really quickly to my initial enquiry, and was really helpful in arranging prompt pick-up of my broken computer. He gave me an estimate of cost on asking. He repaired the problem quickly and kept me informed along the way. The computer is now working fab once again. I was very happy all round with the service, and will certainly use their services again if needed and would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Canon eco-printer and successfully installed it and linked it to my computer. However when I tried to print (on the correct Canon photo paper) the results were dreadful. I went online to look for a local computer specialist and found RA Tech Solutions. Ryan came to my house within 2 days and fixed the problem. He was polite and most helpful and considering my advanced age (67!) and limited tech knowledge he did not patronise me, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. And a reasonable price too. My only concern now is I have Windows 10 which will be obsolete later this year.
Fault logged on a Friday afternoon. Ryan came out Saturday morning. Parts needed and PC still returned to me by Tuesday morning, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended
Ryan fitted a new graphics card for me and did a brilliant job. Explains what he was going to do, what he wasn't and why. Perfect fitting and is always around to ask further questions.
Ryan is an excellent tradesman he has given me value for money, nice case the white one with glass it lets you see the light display with clarity, good choice as I was not sure which one to choose but yes this is by far the best case I’ve had

Ryan was on time, (early in fact), very polite, very proficient, and very easy to talk to. He didn't talk down to me at all, even though I'm a complete techno-dinosaur. In fact, we had a few laughs. I was very impressed with his skill level and how he explained things to me. I'll definitely be using him again, when required.
