À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
Craftsmanship, heritage, and timeless elegance define every Mittsu Japanese tile. Since 2015, we have specialised in bringing the finest artisanal tiles from Japan to architects, interior designers, and discerning homeowners across Europe. Each tile is created by master ceramicists who work with time honoured techniques, natural clays, and carefully developed glazes that reflect centuries of Japanese artistry. We hold stock in the United Kingdom, Germany, Dubai, and Japan, which allows us to offer fast and reliable delivery throughout the UK and EU. Many of our most sought after ranges are available for immediate dispatch, while our Japan stocked lines can be ordered with no minimum quantity. This gives designers complete freedom to specify exactly what their project requires without compromising on authenticity or quality. Samples are available on request and are prepared with care so that you can assess colour, texture, and finish before placing an order. Every tile we supply is genuine and made in Japan, and we work closely with more than twenty leading kilns to ensure trusted production, consistent standards, and dependable supply. Whether you are designing a feature wall, a luxury bathroom, or a hospitality space, our tiles bring refinement, depth, and a quiet sense of elegance to every project.

Expensive samples that look different to website.
From the photos on the website I'd expected the Kaji Kukei in Cinnamon to have a bit more orange in it. But the tile that arrived was just brown. You could call it chocolate rather than cinnamon. I wouldn't have minded, except that the samples are actually quite expensive too.

We are sorry that the colour of this tile did not match your expectations. Colour is highly subjective, and photographing it is almost impossible because what you see with your eyes is the light in your environment reflecting off the glaze. It would have been helpful to hear about your disappointment directly rather than here, but we have refunded you for this sample anyway.
