I ordered a Jacket, large based on their size chart.
The jacket did arrive but when I tried it on it was too small and the quality wasn't great.
It would appear impossible to return anything or obtain a refund.
Standard/automated replies to all requests.
Customer service is non existent.
I will avoid like the plague from now on. Lesson learnt!

bought a jacket suppose to be ralph lauren obviously fake, we ordered large and got large label but this was definitely small. got in touch with email to exchange and that was that. got the run around emails exchanged every day for weeks, Kayla was the contact name,could not be nicer yet then nothing.no replys to emails nothing.in the end i gave the jacket away .forty pounds out of pocket. never again they are crooks. did not want a refund but that did not matter. real joke I am so fraustrated its lesson learnt do not buy online unless its a known name and read the reviews before committing.

Goods bear no resemblance to those advertised. Cheap and nasty materials and wrong colour. Company can only be contacted by email. They make correspondence impossible. Keep clear!
Would give them zero if I could. Jacket too small won't reply to emails to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Total rip off.
Impossible to cancel or get a refund. Customer service said they would process the refund request but then said the request would be analyzed by a team??? At this point, I think there is no intention of doing so. Lengthy delivery time as well from china to UK (up to 20 days) -- worse than Temu! Website looks a bit dodgy with misspelling and non-working links.
Terrible service ordered 2 jackets for adults, received ones that will be lucky to fit children. Requested return and refund details - no interest from them to respond. Never shopping with them again!!!!
