Please note that you have 2/3 working days to make payment once a vehicle has been won at auction, if there's any issues with this you are welcome to email and we try our best to assist. If you wish to collect within a 24 hrs period a charge of £50+VAT is applied. However, we will always look into our feedback so thank you again.

Had a vehicle collection at Northampton…
Had a vehicle collection at Northampton site and recieved outstanding customer service from site manager (Andy). Please accept my apologies if I got the name wrong. The point is, the site manager made my team and I very comfortable. The guy deserves a promotion. Good job all round. Further feedback for the company is to bring back the option of paying by bank transfer. This method used to facilitate us greatly. For that reason, a Mega 4 stars.

Rawk2 left a air tag on the keys which considering the vehicle had been seized by the police 👮♀️ could have led to a confrontation with the previous owner, messaged Raw2k and didn’t get a response I can’t say I was surprised

Bought motorcycle of it
Bought motorcycle of it, apply for v5 and got the letter saying its marked as stolen , email Raw2k got an answer saying its not stolen , try to advertise in auto trader got answer its stolen and i am not allowed to advertise it , done hpi check on it it come back stolen to , email Raw2k couple of times and have no response to it , so stuck with stolen bike and can’t do nothing with it .
