I have been using Raw2K for a while now and l like doing business with them but recently they have introduced £60 charge for collection even if booked after 24 hours they recommend so l don’t know why its very unfair for them to charge us this extra

Great auction place to buy decent used cars. Their communication is excellent emails to admin are answered promptly and efficiently and are always happy to assist if any issue regarding payment, collection and account. Will definitely recommend this site and definitely better than other auction places I’ve used in past.

It’s great it just seems like the employees are bidding people up so that you pay more and it wasn’t like that in the beginning also the website glitches and you are winning a item when the time finishes and then you’ve lost the item

BEWARE , sold me a car as runs and drives , they loaded onto my truck without offering me test , got home no clutch , car shows same mileage as in the photo no way it ever drove , as usual no phone number just email takes days to reply ,told me nothing they can do as its my responsibility to check before leaving the site , SO in effect they miss describe stuff and make it your reasonability to check they are not lying , PLEASE if you deal with this company check what you are buying before leaving the site

Proceeded to email me that they’re closing my account as I put a negative review for them, the car they sold me was scrap had a cracked sump blown engine no keys which is ok as unseen but they didn’t tell me that it was leaking oil everywhere if that was mentioned no one would bid on it and it wouldn’t go for such a high price now I’m having to scrap the vehicle as it’s leaking oil everywhere and I made a key £350

No contact phone number. Cant tow away yourself. Man very rude and unhelpful

Everything is brilliant but to make payment you should give more time nor suspend the account

When I arrived at Shildon branch , the guy was very rude . I just was taking a look around the car and he told me to either move or get out his Yard” . He also told me he will not give me the car . I have a right I paid for the car.

When I am a wining bidder they don't give me the vehicle and never replied to my emails

I bought a car for the first time and it arrived with 0 engine oil in it, I didn’t even try to start it as I put oil in it , it leaked straight back out, engine completely gone. I’m surprised as they don’t sell private people’s cars so how did this end up here? It was a police disposal car and it’s a massive loss for me! Don’t think I’ll be buying again as they are clearly selling private people’s vehicles as sold by police. They pulled the wool over my eyes as it looked like just a seized car and all else looked good. Sorry won’t be using again

Bought a 2007 civic stated front suspension fault got the car the front suspension was gone and so was the rear wheel was bent in blatantly so the rear axle which is really expensive to change so now really stuck with a lemon now very poor lack of description
