I have always had an excellent service from Rayflex and their customer services team are so helpful.
The products that we were purchasing were far superior than other suppliers we tried.
The only fly in the ointment was delivery, which could be hit and miss because of the couriers at the time. This was out of Rayflex's hands and they did do their best to get things resolved.
I would definitely recommend this company.

What's not to like..........
Easy to order, helpful with measuring and explaining that they add the extra measurements on etc. Came quicker than expected and easy to install. General communication by phone and e-mail was excellent.

So sorry to hear that, Andrew. Stocks on these COVID screens are now extremely low, with infection rates on the rise they are flying off the shelf. We are hoping to have good volumes back in stock asap.
I have checked with the team here, they have advised the order was placed online, we contacted to you immediately to advise we only had six in stock, and you needed ten to fulfil your order. We offered a larger size screen for the balance, but this was not agreeable to you, and you cancelled the order. We refunded in full immediately. Apologies we could not fulfil your order on this occasion, customers can always call us to check stock levels before purchasing.

Pleased with the product but not so pleased that I had to buy 2 square meters when I only needed about 0.3 square meters.
As for oil resistance I have put a piece in a jar of oil and will measure the dimensional change over the next year.
Hi you requested that I update my review with the dimensional changes.
I have soaked the rubber material in engine oil "Driven HR5 10W-40" from the 26 of Aug 21 to the 17 Jan 2022 about 4 months. The thickness has increased from 3.15 mm to 3.52 mm.
