I ordered a jumper from Rayida in olive green whe it arrived it was a washed out light green and the quality was poor. I would not recommed using this company at all.

Ordered boots - wrong colour arrived, wrong size , not leather but manmade material, overall quality poor and nowhere worth the price, took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, not royal mail but bloke on bike delivered, paid via paypal and stated a case to hopefully get a refund!

Ordered two shirts, took ages to arrive, it seemed strange it took so long given the website says its a London store (this was a lie).
Online it said deliveries are taking longer because they are moving store or something.
Anyway, I ordered shirts from another place they came so i wanted to return the ones from Rayida (customer pays returns) - so... return to China!!!, costs etc, nightmare. Sent them back, shirts got stuck in customs - no refund, no shirts. Its a total con!

The longest shipping time of my life. Ordered a top weeks ago and it is still not delivered. When I reached out they were very quick (almost AI quick…) and said oh it’s on it’s way. Where’s it coming from? The moon? Absolute joke.

I ordered a cotton mens jacket from Rayida over 10 days ago. It arrived today and it is extremely poor quality. I am average build with a 38 inch chest and I ordered a medium size. It was way too small and the sleeves were about 2 inches short. It was poorly made with numerous cotton threads hanging from seams. Essentially not fit for purpose. It certainly did not match the quality aa described in the sales description. Within their sales material Rayida state they have a shop in London and display a photograph of the shop front; however on investigation I was unable to locate the exact address; I suspect the quote to be false.

I bought a coat from them. It looked very nice in the picture. Not only did it take over two weeks to get to me, but when I opened the package, I saw a literal rag. Not only that, but the Ti plastic itself is still shiny in daylight. This is a thieving company. I only managed to get a 30% refund from them; if I wanted the full amount, I'd have to send it back to China. I'm angry that they ripped me off. I ended up throwing away a total of £50. I don't recommend them; the products are of very poor quality.

Been waiting 3 weeks for swim shorts. Keep getting updates saying they are on their way but refused to answer my request to cancel my order and refund. Clearly a scam outfit, do not trust!

Really bad product and experience. It didn't fit. I Asked how to return and got some email asking if I could send a photo with it on (!), then they said as a courtesy they would offer me a bikini that fit if I just paid the postage of £14.95 (!). The product is super cheap, smells like chemicals and it seems to be based in China rather than the UK.

Like many people I have learnt the hard way. Communication very poor to silent, fell for the deceptive web page (there is no London store or UK location it seems), high return costs and only exchange suggested after chasing many times. No refunds allowed. I purchased a coat and although I am a size 10 the coat has very short arms, a poor fit and quality. I would not recommend this seller. I foolishly did not notice the reviews. I would not buy again from Rayida. Avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took the money twice, and despite me showing them evident to the contrary, they are refusing to refund. It took well over two weeks for the product to arrive. Wish I had read trustpilot first

Poorly made clothing, cheap fabrics, claimed to be based in London, it's all cheaply made and shipped out from China. I purchased a new jacket, on their website the items looked good quality, what I received after waiting best part of a month for delivery was awful and looked nothing like what they were advertising. I contacted them and was offered £6 compansion. How this company Rayida can get away with ripping people off is shocking, trading standards should have a good look at this lot !

Shame I did not read reviews before buying from this company, bought a jacket,so small,I even went up a size,looks very cheap material,would never buy from them again..

If I could give this company a 0 star then I would. I emailed the company the day after I received a dress for my mother's funeral which was of very poor quality and huge in size. I was offered everything but the kitchen sink but no refund, a percentage of my next order or 30% refund. Seriously for a dress that I cannot wear and doesn't fit. I have been left out of pocket and no resolution. So in a nut shell, they've washed there hands of this issue. It states clearly on there site a full refund within 30 days. LIARS. Do NOT buy anything from this company.😡

Do not buy from Rayida - it is a scam. Very poor quality clothes, 3 weeks for item to arrive, no returns process, no refunds, no customer service, claims it is based in London but actually based in China - please don't waste you time and money on this shop.

Absolutely terrible experience. The quality is extremely poor — the material feels cheap and flimsy, and the clothes are completely see-through, nothing like what’s advertised. It honestly looks and feels like something thrown together with no care at all.

To make things worse, it took months for the order to even arrive. The wait is completely unreasonable, especially for such low-quality items.

I was really disappointed when my order finally came. The sizing, fabric, and overall finish are far below standard. Definitely not worth the money.

Customer service is just as bad. Don’t expect any help — you won’t get a refund, no matter how valid your complaint is. It honestly feels like a complete scam.

Save your money and avoid buying from them at all costs. You will 100% be disappointed.

Stay away from this company.
The item I received was not as described and of extremely poor quality. When I contacted the company, they refused to provide a full refund and instead offered only 30–40%, which is completely unacceptable and not compliant with UK consumer law. When goods are faulty or misrepresented, the retailer must cover the return postage and issue a full refund — they refused to do either.

Their website claims they have a store in London, yet no UK address is provided, and the return address they gave me belongs to an individual in China. This is highly misleading for customers who believe they are buying from a UK‑based business.

Another major red flag is the huge discrepancy in reviews. Their website shows over 3000 positive Trustpilot reviews, but on Trustpilot shows only around 30 reviews mostly negative.

Overall, the company has been evasive, unhelpful, and unwilling to follow basic consumer protection laws. I am now escalating the matter with my credit card provider and reporting the business to UK Trading Standards.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this retailer.

I’m extremely disappointed with this jumper from Rayida. The quality is far below what I expected for the price. The customer service is a big joke can’t believe I asked for return and the way they treated me very unprofessional and invaluable.

The fit is also very poor and doesn’t match the size guide. It’s uncomfortable and looks nothing like it did in the pictures. Overall, it feels like a waste of money and time, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth buying. I feel I am so generous to give them even one star
