Excellent service from knowledgeable people!
After finding the item needed on their website and called and immediately was able to speak with a sales person. He knew the product I was referring to and quickly confirmed that I was looking at the correct item. I placed my order for pick up and mistakenly listed the wrong store location. I called customer service and that representative immediately corrected my error. I’m very impressed with the service by people on site and knowledgeable. I was not referred to some overseas call center.

Never again
I have bought from RC Willey for years from furniture to appliances BUT never again . We purchased a Bosch refrigerator and also purchased the extended warranty for 5 extra years. The ice maker has had 6 repairs with cost that exceeded the cost they want to pay for repairs.RC says we will send a new unit out the exact same one. They say I have to purchase another extended warranty on the new one even tho I still have 2 years left on the old one. I don’t have a warm feeling that the new refrigerator will not have the same issue. At repairs costing over $1640. dollars I feel we need the extra warranty but I have spoke to 2 people at RC and they say I lose that 2 years I have paid for and will have to pay over $400 to buy the new warranty. So I have been sold a defective refrigerator had repairs 5 repairs are sending the exact same product and I have to pay AGAIN for the full warranty? I feel there should be some compensation for the 2 years left on the old warranty. We have spent thousands of dollars on things for our home and also have paid for a full appliances for our daughter and will NEVER a buy from RC Willey again. Guess they don’t care if that happens but I feel they are taking advantage of me.

Installation Refused
Ordered a wall oven/microwave and scheduled installation. At NO point in the sales pitch or delivery schedule call did anyone ask about access to my house. I have 7 (just 7) stairs on my front porch. When the delivery guy showed up (alone), he expressed concern about the stairs and refused the installation. He stated it needed to be 2 guys because of the stairs. I offered to be his “2nd”, but he wouldn’t accept that due to liability. So now I have an oven sitting in my garage. I called Cust svc and was told a manager would call me. So far, nothing.
And BTW, how does 1 person install a 274lb wall oven (that requires lifting into place) by themself? Seems like an OSHA issue to me. NOT HAPPY!
Nov 14th 11:05 am pst; In response to RC Willey’s reply to my complaint. I was SPECIFICALLY told by the salesman that delivery AND installation would be completed on November 13th. The man who you say was just a delivery person was ready to do the install, except for my stairs. And he was not driving an RC Willey truck. It was his personal pickup. I’ll call the store now, although I did that yesterday and was assured a manager would call me back. Still nothing. And still not happy.

Disappointing Customer Service
I am very disappointed in the Customer Service of RC Willey. I purchased a beautiful dining table and chairs last year and there is a problem with the leaf of the table. I called Customer Service and they said stated the tech called me and no one answered, and came to my home and was told I did not live there. He never came and there is no record of a phone call or ring video. The CS representative was very rude and condescending insisted a tech had come to my home, and would not reschedule. A few months later, another CS rep called and scheduled another tech, and when he came he ordered a part to fix the table. That was in April 2025! Longer story short, I keep being told the part is on it's way, then followup later that the part is delayed. I called the store today to speak to the manager, but the call taker did not know the full name or email of the manager and would not try to find it. He told me he would connect me to the parts department which I know at this point is no help. I only give two stars because all other staff have been great.

Our floor & carpet install
We recently had new flooring and carpeting put in our dining room and living room. The installers were prompt, friendly, clean and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up after themselves on both jobs. They completed the install with great quality and in amazing time.

Very Satisfied RC Willey Customers
Just bought a new home and need many various items. We are very impressed with the sales people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, RC Willey Blue Reward program excellent too. Delivery people excellent too. Prices seem to be very competitive. Overall, we are very satisfied with RC Willey.

Adam Carmona in the Rocklin Store (flooring) is phenomenal!! The customer service he provided was exceptional!! He has the patience of JOB! Adam answered all my questions and concerns in a professional manner; as expected from RC Wiley!! Adam's vast knowledge of flooring is amazing!!! He is well versed in the styles of flooring! Phenomenal customer service! Because of Adam I SHALL be purchasing further items from the store; i.e. flooring and home goods!

Sells personal were pleasant and helpful
Sells personel were pleasant to talk to and gave great service. Got great deals on my new furniture. Will visit again when I redo my bedroom. Can’t wait! Eva works in the clearance department and Bryan delivered my furniture. They are both outstanding employees. Sorry I don’t have my order no. but purchased living room furniture.
