Skip that retailer 100% and here is why.
I've placed an order for PSU on 1st of December and I was hoping to get it before Christmas time so I bought it in advance and I'm always doing that and always safe.
So, after purchase it says on 19th of December my parcel is going to be delivered, which is fine by me and I still have a time, I've double-checked with them on 10th of December and they told me "yeah, it's going to be delivered on 19th of December".
Today on 18th of December I realised I don't have any track number or information, I made another call to them and now they're saying probably it's going to be delivered on Tuesday on 23rd of December "probably" and I've asked where this package is going from and she said from Latvia. 20+ days to be delivered from Latvia to Estonia, this is a joke, because I've got all my others gifts from Netherlands, UK and Poland and it took around 10 or 14 days. So, keep in mind your package can be delayed for unknown reasons and you won't be informed what is happening.

I will update when I'm going to receive it, if I would receive it.

Fun fact: it takes 3 days to arrive from Riga(Latvia) to Tallinn(Estonia) by foot

Tilasin Nintendo Switch Pro ohjaimen 19.2. Nopeasti tilaus eteni Latvian Postiin, mutta sen jälkeen paketti 20.2. ei enään liikkunut mihinkänä suuntaan. Otin yhteyttä verkkokauppaan ja sieltä pahoiteltiin ja selvittävät asiaa. Odottelin parisen viikkoa ja ei siltikään mitään. Täytin kaupan purku lomakkeen ja toimitin sähköpostitse sen. Onneksi otin Klarnan kautta maksun, tilaus on taukotilassa ja odottaa verkkokaupan ilmoitusta, että kaupat on peruttu. Yli kuukausi mennyt tilauksesta ja edelleen homma kesken.

Tilasin tuotteen, maksoin heti. Tuli pari päivää myöhemmin ilmoitus että tilauksesi on peruutettu. Ei ole palautusta näkynyt tilillä. Eivät vastaa puhelimeen. Sähköpostiin vastaavat nopeasti mutta eivät vastaa kysymykseen. En suosittele missään nimessä. Rahat menivät. Positiiviset kommentit ovat työntekijöiden omia.

Kaupan mukaan Posti/Itella hukkasi lähetyksen. Useamman viikon väännön jälkeen lakkasivat vastaamasta sähköposteihin, eikä mitään hyvitystä tullut.

Tilasin side by side jääkaapin. Nopea toimitus. Jääkaappi hyvin pakattu. Paketin aukaisu, ovessa klommo. Reklamointi, johon vastattiin että tullut kuljetuksessa, vastasin että paketti oli ehjä. tämän jälkeen asiakaspalvelija vastasi että tullut asentaessa. Tämän jälkeen ei vastannut enää yhteyden ottoihin. En suosittele kenellekään kyseistä lafkaa

Tilasin laitteen, joka oli rikki paketissa. Asiakaspalvelu väitti että olen rikkonut laitteen itse ja tarjosi marginaalista hyvitystä. Tämän lisäksi asiakaspalvelija aukoi päätään. Välttäkää tätä puljua!

Ostin jääkaapin, toimitus oli nopea ja tuotiin sisälle asti. Ovessa lommo josta reklamaation jälkeen vastattiin että tullut asentaessa eikä sitä korvata. Pettynyr!

Tilasin taittopyörän, joka tuli nopeasti ja kolhuttomana. Aikaisemmin tilasin stereot. Palvelu pelaa ja viestittely toimii. Ihan huippupaikka ja monipuolinen valikoima. Suosittelen 5/5

edellinen tilaus kesti toista kuukautta mutta tuotetta ei tullut niin peruin. Nyt tein tilauksen ja kaksi viikkoa odottelin kun mitään ei kuulunut. Otin yhteyttä niin sanoivat että oli tuotteen kanssa ollut toimitusvaikeuksia. Eivät viitsineet siitä minulle ilmoittaa. Sama tuote olisi ollut muualla samaan hintaan mutta eipä ole enään. Jos haluat saada tuotteen tai toimituksen toimivan niin suosittelen eri kauppaa.

Tilaus tuli ajallaan, mutta liesi oli hopeanharmaa eikä valkoinen, kuten tilausvahvistuksessa oli. Samoin korkeus piti olla 85 cm. Nyt se on 80 cm jalat säädettynä ääriasentoon!
Info väittää, että se on niin kuin olen tilannut. Vänkää ja vänkää vastaan. Lähetin kopion tilausvahvistuksesta, jolloin rde:n info lopetti viestiin vastaamisen! On aika oudon näköinen keittiö: työtasoja matalammalla oleva hopeanharmaa liesi muiden kalusteiden ollessa valkoisia. En suosittele tätä yritystä edes pahimmalle vihamiehelleni! Otan yhteyttä kuluttaja-asiamieheen.

Bought a chair, it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, but took more then 2 months, they just kept sending some bulshit excuses. When I got the chair it broke the first time I sat on it. I weigh 54 kilos and it's supposed to support up to 150 kilos.

Tilatut tavarat tulivat niin kuin oli tilattukin, vaikkakin viiveellä. Keittiön kodinkoneet otettiin täältä vähän riskillä, ehkä Visa olisi auttanut jos olisi mennyt metsään koko tilaus. Tilausvahvistuksen jälkeen ei väliaikatietoja tullut ja piti kysellä perään. Vastaukset saatiin ihan kohtuu ajassa.

En suosittele koskaan ostamaan kyseisestä liikkeestä mitään! Heti, jos tuotteessa ilmenee jotain vikaa, he sysäävät syyn ostajan niskoille. Ostin jääkaapin ja pakastimen ja kun ne saapuivat, niiden paketit oli ehjät, eikä ulkoisia merkkejä vaurioista ollut. Avasimme paketit keittiöremontista johtuen vasta noin kuukauden kuluttua ja silloin huomasimme, että sekä jääkaappi että pakastin olivat pyöristyneet ja jääkaapin ovi oli aivan vääntynyt ja lommoilla. Kävimme pitkän sähköpostiviestittelyn asiakaspalvelun kanssa, jolta näytti tulevan vastauksena aina sama teksti uudelleen ja uudelleen. RDE sysäsi vastuun meille ja sanoi, että vika on tullut asennettaessa, joka ei todellakaan pidä paikkaansa. EN SUOSITTELE KYSEISTÄ PULJUA KENELLEKÄÄN, ENKÄ KOSKE PULJUUN ENÄÄ PITKÄLLÄ TIKULLAKAAN!

Tuote toimitettiin kohtuullisessa ajassa. Kun siinä ilmeni vika, postitin sen huoltoon Latviaan, missä se pyöri 4 vkoa ilman että sain mitään vahvistusta. Lopulta palauttivat tuotteen hinnan, mutta kieltäytyivät palauttamasta postimaksua. Sähköpostit ovat tylyjä, eivätkä vastaa kysymykseen. Pieleen meni about kaikki.

Tilasin pari viikkoa sitten Philips-vedenkeittimen, joka oli hintavertailussa edullisin. Sain saman tien tilausvahvistuksen ja viidessä arkipäivässä tuote tuli antamaani postilokeroon.
Olen erittäin tyytyväinen tilaukseeni ja aion tilata täältä jatkossakin jos tarve vaatii!

They declare a delivery time to hita.fi to be 3-5 days. After the purchase, they "update" the delivery time to 8-10 working days. Thankfully, they allowed to cancel the order and after some complications gave my cash back in about 5 days.

Nopea toimitus, tuote tuli pakettiautomaattiin 6 arkipäivässä. Ainut miinus tuli siitä, ettei tullut minkäänlaista tilausvahvistusta. Aion tilata uudelleen, mikäli tulee tarvetta.

Tilasin television. Tilaus oli helppoa ja telkkari tuli kotiin 2 viikkoa tilauksesta.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a cooker extractor and an Induction hob. Sound so simple but the problem started after only part of my order arrived. At first the Hob came so I thought so far so good. They must be sending the items separately. I waited a week then I thought this is odd I had better contact them.
I sent an email asking where my extractor was. Their very fast response was that because they cannot do anything about it and I can’t get any refund because I had not informed them that the item had not arrived within three days of the item arriving.
Yes I was confused also. So I contacted them to ask that are they really saying that I should of informed them that the item did not arrive three day after it arrived. Yes they said. They also pointed out again that because of the three days I can’t have a refund or return the item.
Ok I said. Could you please forward the delivery receipt that your courier company would have given you and I would have signed. That’s when they stopped responding. After many emails they finally responded and said that they would bring the matter to the attention of the courier company. At that point I asked for the tracking number and the contact details of the courier. Again the communication stopped. At this point I tracked down the couriers and talked to them.
They informed me that they had only picked up one package and If they had picked up two then there would be two tracking number. One for the hob and one for the extractor. Two weeks later and many emails a battered box with holes in it arrived on my door step. I opened the box to find a damaged extraction canopy. So knowing what RDE are like I informed them straight away that the item was damaged and sent many pictures. And yes they informed me that because I had not informed them within three day of the item tuning up they will not do anything about it. I then had to get all the tracking information from my local post service and it showed that the item only arrived in Finland two days before I received it. So how could I have had the item in my possession for the three days they stated. No they said you have had the item for three weeks now. Have you checked the email I sent with the delivery information. It clearly shows the delivery date. Ok They said but I can’t have a refund because I had not sent clear pictured of the damage within three days. Did you check your emails I asked with ten clear pictures of the damage.
And yes again they went in to radio silence. Many emails later they finally started the returns procedure. They also demanded lots more pictured of the item before I packed it. While I Packed it and after I packaged it. About one month later and again after many un answered emails I finally got my refund.
Never again will I use this company. They knew they had not even posted the item yet they were willing to see If I would just go away and forget the 350 euro for the item.
They made me fight for every step and for every euro of the refund.
I was just trying to remodel my kitchen and they made this much more difficult then I should have been. And its companies like this that drive people to places like Amazon. Or other bigger companies.
My advice to you is to not use them.
My advice to RDE is do not treat your customers with contempt and try to weasel out of your obvious responsibilities. Instead treat them like human beings who are sitting at home worried with damaged or missing goods.
