Re Sleep Avis 7

A program that has helped me enormously with my sleep. For the price of less than 300 dollars it has been great. In the past have I have given out that much for supplements to try to sleep.
The support along the way is great. I talked to Grace twice and she gave me very personalized and knowledgable tips and there is a group call every week on top of the courses. It takes some patience but totally worth it.
I went to often being hours awake in the night to only waking up to use the toilet for some minutes.

I thought it was a scam
But then I saw their sleep expert on Diary of a CEO and was convinced by her approach and that it was legit.
Immediately I realised this was going to change my sleep for good.
It took a couple of weeks to see the first changes, and it wasn’t, all roses, but if I had to do it again to be where I am today, I would do it 10 times over.
The community group was so helpful, you have so many people supporting each other throughout while they’re going through the same efforts as you. It was an immense help.
And being able to speak to such great sleep experts and their care team is for me the real strength of re:sleep.
It’s all real humans helping you in real time not some AI bots.
I recommend it to everyone I know with insomnia.
My biggest regret is that I had not heard of them earlier and had to live with my insomnia for so many years!

The course itself was very helpful and I did see improvements and started to sleep better, however the down side is that even though you pay for the course it doesn't give you access to it once you've finished. When I contacted them to say I'd like to look over a couple of sessions just to recap as I was starting to struggle again I was told I'd have to pay more, for the maintenance course..I said I couldn't afford that and just wanted to look over what I had already paid for but I got no answer. I was left feeling disappointed.

I recently signed up for the trial and with the terms, there's a 14-day trial. Within the 14-day trial, I tried to cancel to avoid being charged, for personal reasons, and they didn't offer an option in the customer logged-in area, in their website. On the same day, June 12th, I tried to reach out them via e-mail and asked for the cancellation, they them told me that I would be charged anyways and if I didn't cancel on the website, it wasn't possible anymore.

Despite my numerous contacts with them, over e-mail and their social media, now they are not responsive. I am evaluating which legal options to take from now but please be aware that this is a scam!

I was bought this as a gift. I had to pause this a few weeks in as I had to deal with some personal issues only to find out that this is a monthly subscription when I tried to start the course again. The only option was to re-subscibe for £220, money I don't have.

The course itself is very short prerecorded videos, why on earth is that paywalled behind a subscription in that way.

I paid for a consultation and during the booking of that, their calendar didnt work. So I emailed them and after getting 1 reply to arrange a time for the consultation THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR, they never contacted me back to arrange it. I will be filing a complaint with my bank to get my money back via the bank if thats possible.

This company is not to be trusted.

Not good. I have no improvement in sleep quality, despite a huge payment. Beware of the terms and conditions. Despite weeks of regular use, he claims I didn’t obey his rules. Hmmm.
