Taking advantage of the deceased
I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of empathy and poor customer service from Reach Financial. My mother recently passed away very suddenly. Instead of showing any compassion during an already devastating time for our family, this company immediately went after her estate for a debt consolidation loan. She had very little to begin with, and because of their aggressive tactics, we are being forced to forfeit what small amount was left. This has left our family with barely anything to cover her final expenses and funeral costs. Dealing with a corporate entity that shows zero humanity or flexibility during a family tragedy has made a painful time so much worse. I would not recommend doing business with a company that handles grieving families this way.

The kindness and the knowledge that the agent had was outstanding. The company is very helpful in letting you know any information your looking for and if there was something that they could do that would only make the already great service, it would be to put how many payments the customer has made and left. Even though they tell you this every time you call thank you so much and Yoel is amazing.
